Proceed with caution with Emery Hospitality. Their business model appears to be to contract catering services. They accepted my payment for a catering event ( Over $1000 for 3 events throughout the weekend). On the day of the first event, I received no contact from the local caterer and they did not show up. I received no contact throughout the weekend and had to scramble to find an alternate solution with no warning.

Emery will take your money and offer no assistance in issuing a refund. Now am I left no choice but to take legal action to get my refund. and penalty fee back.

Go with a local caterer with integrity and customer service. This company is shady at best.

The same thing happened to me, I think this is the equivalent to the Tinder Swindler of catering. The only person you can find linked to this company, is a Victor Rodriguez… his social media shows his flying as a flight attendant for United, but is followed and following the “Emery Hospitality” IG page. He is also tagged in on his personal page, another catering company called Urbn Catering, if you check out the reviews for that, it’s the same scam.
