Elite Global Journeys did an amazing job planning my honeymoon to Fiji! They scheduled things for my wife and I that we would not have known to do such as jet boat tours, picnics, snorkeling tours, etc. I would highly recommend using Elite Global Journeys because of their friendly staff, knowledge and overall great experience. They made our honeymoon stress-free by scheduling everything from the flights, to the hotel transfers, and everything else that was needed. Using them is the best way to go on vacation and we can't wait to go on another one of their vacations!

From start to finish everything was perfect, the suggestions of hotels we had to choose from as well as airfare and ground transportation were all handled by Elite. We had originally scheduled our family trip, which included 9 adults and 7 children over New Years, with a different travel agent. As the date got closer and we began receiving notices of airline changes and cancellations, we asked Craig if he could help us. He and his team stepped in, and even though they had not made the original arrangements, they were immediately responsive to the complications that arose to assure our trip would go as smoothly as possible. We will be working exclusively with Elite Global Journeys in the future.

In the fall of 2019, we had an amazing 24-day trip to Europe thanks to Elite Global Journeys and their partners in the countries we traveled. The accommodations were fantastic. Our trip began in Italy, included a clipper ship with extended time in Rome and Venice, and time in three cities in Greece. My husband and I were overwhelmed at the prospect of planning our first trip to Europe, so we enlisted the services of Elite Global Journeys, and I can say in all honestly that they exceeded our expectations.

They worked with us every step of the way, giving us tons of options and tailoring the trip to suit our interests, energy level, and budget. They were also there for us when we were actually abroad: any snafus or travel hiccups, they were just a quick message away on their app. Their clear and timely communication made everything so much less stressful than it could have been. Every boutique hotel, tour, and recommendation for restaurants and activities were perfect and extremely high quality (and we had a pretty jam-packed agenda!).

I would be remiss not to mention that this is all at the tail-end of the pandemic, where covid restrictions were constantly changing and different in seemingly every country/airport. They helped us be prepared for every possibility. As fate would have it, we both got covid days before our trip and had to cancel. Not only did Craig and his team cancel our entire trip and help us get our refund from the travel insurance, but they worked nonstop with us to reschedule our entire itinerary for the following month (in the very busy summer months!!). So, needless to say, the quality of their service was absolutely worth the price and the trip experience they put together for us was priceless.
