Honest, hard-working, fair, and fun! These are just a few of the words that I would use to describe my recent experience with Anthony @ Elite 5 Star Travel.
I called to get help with a Chinese Visa, in just a small bit of a pinch for time (well, Anthony would probably describe it as a little more stressful of a situation than that! :)).
OK, the truth is that I am a terrible client! I literally waited until the very last minute to call 5 Star Travel and request extremely fast Visa services (24 hour rush, next day shipping, etc., etc.). There wasn't room for a single hiccup, as there was not a minute to spare. That's when I met Anthony. From the very first few minutes on the call it was very easy to see that Anthony was either a great BS'er or he was just extremely confident in his skills. It turned out to be the latter of the two. Anthony knew exactly what to do. He hedged for all variables within his control, he under-promised and over-delivered. His price was more than fair (better than competitors) and most importantly, he was fun to work with.
Anthony over-communicated with me, taking on the stress and sense of urgency himself (my stress) to ensure that my Visa got approved and was sent to me without missing a beat. In a world of commoditization, automation, and "detached" customer service, Anthony knows exactly where and how to take care of his clients. His skills, care, competency, and overall positive attitude make him HANDS DOWN the only choice of who you should do business with! Truthfully, he should raise his prices on his services (umm, just not for me please Anthony:).
It's abundantly clear that Anthony cares WAY more about taking care you (his client) than he does about the monetary benefits. My opinion (for what it's worth) is this.....Don't even think about calling someone else! You'll be happy you chose him!
