This review is long overdue because I worked with Elisa nearly two years ago. But it also makes this review more relevant because it comes after we have lived in the house that she found for us. I hope that I am able to do justice to the tremendous professionalism that Elisa lives by.

We were not the easiest of buyers because we had a lot of constraints related to Vaastu requirements, location, price range, home construction recency, schools, proximity to highways, etc. While we were constrained on a few aspects, we were completely open on other aspects (SFH, townhome, new construction, buy-and-rebuild, etc). Both of these aspects made the search complex and expansive. On top of this, at the time that we were looking for homes, there were covid related restrictions that required elaborate planning when touring homes. Even with so many factors in play, Elisa didn't blink and arranged for us to tour a lot of relevant homes. Our insistence on Vaastu was probably the hardest constraint to deal with because that rules out about 90% of the homes. Elisa worked through all such constraints and patiently worked with us without judgment or attitude. We explored a ton of homes online while chatting with her daily. We also toured many many homes -- too many for me to admit. I can honestly say that we did a thorough job of finding our ideal "forever home". This would have been impossible without Elisa's patient and diligent ground work.

Other than being a great agent, Elisa is also well connected to a lot of other well regarded professionals in the area. She arranged for us to meet with a few home builders and plot owners. The mortgage agent that she introduced us to was better than any other recommendations and we finally went with them. She also knows a lot of other people in the real estate industry such as lawyers, plumbing companies, furnishers, etc. This made the overall process of home touring, bidding, closing and moving-in manageable.

After living in our home for two years, I can honestly say that we found a great home that has all the primary attributes that we hoped to have. And it's not just a coincidence that we found it because Elisa put a ton of effort into understanding me, my family and our needs. She still remembers the names of my wife and children, she remembers many of the homes that we visited, she remembers some of the Vaastu criteria that we laid down and she remembers our house warming ceremony.

When I started with the home search, I never realized the importance of having a good buyer's agent because everything seems transactional these days. With Elisa you get the old school professionalism combined with modern sharpness, taste, knowledge and efficiency. We've had meetings with builders at 10:00PM. We toured homes on Sunday morning at 9:00AM. We've toured 6 homes back-to-back where the travel time between homes was accurately factored into. We made many bids that helped us understand the current market. We negotiated some difficult terms of the deal under market moving conditions. Elisa has walked us through every step of the way.

We are still in touch with Elisa long after we bought our home with her and I consult with her on a few things. I can honestly say that she is our trusted friend and advisor. Thank you for everything, Elisa!
