I wanted to send out a big thank you for the help I received! I blew a tire on Memorial Day and was fortunate the guys at the garage opened up to help. Plus the customer service was awesome, with a lot of feedback on my tires. Helped me avoid another flat tire. Prices were very reasonable. Fast service, and transparent pricing.

El jefe only knows tires, he is no mechanic and the guy who is a mechanic means well but he doesn’t know anything, they were supposed to change my differential and replace the seal and they over charged me on part and put new seal over old one instead of taking old seal out, becareful with these guys if you ever break down around Wendover.

Opened on Sunday to fix our flat so we could get home. Cost was reasonable compared to a few others we called.

We blew a trailer tire on the freeway and limped into Wendover. Called them and they could see us right away and had 14 ply tires in stock. Our fifth wheel only had 10 ply tires on it, so we were pleased. We purchased all four they had in stock. They replaced the blown out tire and three others. They also moved the two they didn’t replace to the center. The price of the tires were reasonable, very friendly staff who were able to mount the tires immediately so we could be on our way. Would highly recommend this shop over any other shop or large scale tire facility in the Wendover area.

Update: Another trip to El Jefe, had great service as usual. Friendly conversation while you wait. Reasonable rates from people who actually care about their customers. Drove my vehicle afterwards and all the issues it had were resolved. I will definitely be back. Thanks again to Larry Gonzales and his staff.

Two girls on a Wendover adventure and a flat happens. These guys here were extremely professional, friendly and very polite. As a mechanic myself I was greatly impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the shop. That tells me they take great pride in their work. I would gladly recommend this little gem of a shop to anyone else having trouble with a tire. Service and prices so good that I am considering driving clear out there to buy my new tires I need on my own car.

This place was on time and very very helpful with my 36' Travel Trailer tires replacement. He had Brand New 225/75R15 for me. This took about 40 minutes and I was back on the road. Kevin and Larry(Owner) are the the most helpful and good people there. So I most give them 5 STAR for their Great Service!

AWESOME service for an awesome price. Saved our tails after we spun off the road and got gravel wedged between the tires and the rims. Now we can continue our voyage across the desert with peace of mind. Highly recommend.
