The African Safari tour with Tanzania extension was absolutely amazing—highly recommend. Kenya was superb but then off to Tanzania which was phenomenal. The driver/guides used from African Horizons were knowledgeable and friendly and did everything they could on game drives to ensure a great experience. The accommodations were out of this world; the variety from “glamping” to 4-star resorts couldn’t have been surpassed. The food was exceptional with something for everyone at every single meal and one got a true flavor of African cuisine.

Costa Rica was everything advertised and much more. We had a small but wonderful group - 18 people on the bus. Everyone was kind and considerate and very pleasant. Our guide was rather quirky, but enthusiastic and informative. He was a true lover and advocate of Costa Rica and he went out of his way to show us things that were above and beyond the fixed itinerary. Altogether, this has been a wonderful experience. The dry season was not so dry &I think all of us came down with the same head cold the last few days. But don’t let that prevent you from going on this wonderful adventure. I think the pictures below speak for themselves. I saw every last animal, reptile and bird that I had hoped to see and many many more. The hotels were beautiful. The Internet was fairly minimal until the end. I had a wonderful time.single or with friends. You just can’t miss this wonderful trip.

I had the best experience of a lifetime. I saw so many wonderful things, and I met so many awesome people. Our tour guide Flemming was the best. He was a nice, kind, and caring individual and always made sure we were happy, comfortable, and having a great time. When we went on the tours, he was informative, and he had tremendous information on the history of each thing he took us to. I would totally recommend this tour, especially during the Christmas market time. I had a blast.

Benny our tour guide was amazing, funny, kind, handled it all with grace and a smile.
She provided every comfort and convenience. This included a personal size package of toilet paper for the locations that were lacking. How amazing is that! The bus driver’s always had a cold water and chilled washcloth for us after a hot day of checking out the temples. The Transportation was always top-notch. I can guarantee all 12 of us felt the same exact way. After two weeks together, we all became friends that will stay in touch periodically and maybe book another excursion through EF tours together.

“TEMPLE DRESS” is the answer to your mixed days activities. Something that is easily rolled up, wrinkle free and thrown over your clothing. Easy Peezy! For the men elephant pants in a gauze shirt! That way you can wear what you want during the day without fretting about temple attire. We loved everything about the trip. Ended up a little tired, but got a second wind. I would highly suggest this trip and pray that you are lucky enough to get Benny as your guide. She is charming and amazing and I would send everybody to have the experience that we did with her!

Love the Tour Director Steel. Our hotels were great. The reason not 5 stars is a couple of issues that arise during tour. I called to ask where to meet transport at airport and was given the wrong information. The last minute changes to itinerary. 2 events canceled and our flight to Scotland had a lay over that the other groups on same tour did not have. Go Ahead did offer a paid lunch to our group and alternative activities to replace those canceled. For the inconvenience a paid for activity was added. I would definitely go on another tour with Go Ahead. I recommend Go Ahead to others looking to travel.

Our tour of Venice, Florence in Rome was amazing! Everything was set up from the flights, hotels, and itineraries. Our tour guide Alessandra made the trip even better with all of her insight and great personality. Enjoyed Every bit of the trip and cannot wait to do another one with EF tours!

Our trip was fantastic! We chose to have EF Go choose our flights and we couldn't have been happier with the travel plans! Our guide, Maria, in Iceland was SO great! She helped me out of a dilemma immediately upon arriving, kindly and with quickness. The overall experience was so wonderful! I can't wait to use this company again in the future!

My good friend asked me a few months back if I’d like to travel to Costa Rica with her. I did and had a WONDERFUL time! Costa Rica wasn’t on my radar to visit soon, but boy am I glad I went! The country is incredibly beautiful, the people so friendly and the food delicious! Our tour guide, Patricia, was so knowledgeable and friendly! She also was very patient and she worked incredibly hard to ensure our group had a wonderful experience. Even when it rained or when there was a traffic jam, she kept us going with smiles, stories and laughter! Those of us who chose to do the extension got to see a more relaxed and slower paced side of the tour - something I wouldn’t change for anything! We laughed until we cried, shared beautiful stories with each other and made friendships with each other and with Patricia! EF/Go Ahead Tours has a gem in Patricia! Thank you to her and to our two drivers, Michael and Henri, for such an incredible time! I can’t wait to travel with EF again (coming soon in Spring 2025!!!)!!!

Lo que pasa en Costa Rica, se queda en Costa Rica!! (lol seriously nothing happened but it was a fun slogan we used throughout our trip!! I truly had a fantastic time 🤩 and intend on traveling to Costa Rica again)!
