I’ve never stayed anywhere this nice. The grounds are beautiful. The entire area is breathtaking. The resort is amazing, for many reasons, but especially because of the world-class staff. Each interaction with a staff member was positive, and each person represented the resort with professional, graciousness and appreciation. Please do yourself a favor and get in their spa! The time I spent in there, and especially the massage, was worth every second! I should’ve spent more time there, especially in the steam bath and hot tub. Both were awesome! The exterior heated pool and hot tub are beautiful, and you’re crazy if you don’t get in both, especially around sunset! Felt like a dream!

Edgewood exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in a villa with our family (all adults) and the service and accommodations were 5-Star. The views of the lake were amazing. The concierge, Linda, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. She was so helpful leading up to our stay and then was available to answer all of our questions during our trip. Also, the ski ambassador, Ron, was helpful getting our equipment and making sure we had everything we needed. We plan to return in the future and highly recommend this beautiful property. This is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Every single detail was thought of and the service was 20/10. My only mistake during my trip was eating food outside of the resort. The in room service was amazing. The bistro was amazing! The coffee shop was amazing! Stay here, eat here, golf here, and just enjoy the incredible views and accommodations!

Amazing location with an incredible staff. Everyone who worked there smiled, greeted you, and engaged you in conversation. The grounds are impeccable. We never saw employees not working, they always were doing something to make our stay perfect. The housekeeping staff will text you if they miss cleaning your room and set up a time to come back. Shuttle service to town was free and easy to use and the drivers were very friendly. We ate in both restaurants (Brooks Sports Bar and the Bistro) and enjoyed them both. Troy our bartender at Brooks makes a fabulous old fashioned. Our waitress Brie (at the bistro) is a true professional. Get a massage while you’re there - you won’t regret it. The lounge has a great hot tub with a view overlooking the property. The CBD treatment works!! When we left, our flight departure didn’t match up with bus schedule so our concierge arranged for a driver. It was cheaper than uber but not inexpensive. However, our driver, Momo, was great and friendly. It was worth the extra expense to use him - got us to the airport with plenty of time. My ONLY complaint is the resort needs softer toilet paper.

This is simply my favorite place in Lake Tahoe. I discovered it about three years ago when I lived in the Bay Area. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the waitstaff is excellent—super well-trained, prepared, and polite. The food is extraordinary, and the place itself is stunning and paradise-like, with breathtaking views of the lake. There are two restaurants, and both are exceptional.

I don’t have enough words to express how much I love this place. I’ve been back about five times, and I’ll definitely return again. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean place with polite people, great food, and an ambiance that gives off an old-money vibe, this is the right spot.

One suggestion—order the fried cheese from the bistro. It’s the best I’ve ever had in my life.

My husband and I had dinner at The Bistro (the food was amazing and the service was outstanding) and somehow I either left my phone in the Uber or it fell out.
Either way, someone turned it in for me, unfortunately I didn’t realize it until we had already returned to the hotel we were staying at.
We walked over the next morning (today) and my location (I share my location with my husband just in case of emergency) said that it was in some offices at Edgewood.
The bold man that my husband is, we walked through a back door that was for employees (yes, I realize that we ought not to have done that, but I knew it would be the fastest way to get my phone) where we met a security officer who was extremely kind and helpful. Of course I apologized to Zack for the intrusion, but he was super understanding even before that.
He took us over (a few steps away) to his office where he had me describe my phone and he retrieved it for me.
Zack was so kind and courteous and patient. He could have been upset with us for coming in a team members entrance but he was nothing but helpful.
Also, this is one of the most beautiful properties we have ever been on. Will definitely look into staying here on our next trip!
One last thing, a huge thank you to whoever turned in my phone! Honesty is much appreciated in this day and age!!!!

Fantastic views by the beach and the resort has neat outdoor areas with fire pits as well. The restaurant inside is quite good and accommodated my dietary needs and we had an awesome experience here with friends. I highly recommend checking this resort out

Stunningly beautiful resort on the waters edge of Lake Tahoe. You cannot beat the location and serenity of the Edgewood! The resort is top of the line and hosts all the ideal activities and amenities that you need for a great stay. I highly recommend for a romantic get away with your loved one, or trip with the family.
