A group of us with dogs rented paddle boards/kayaks with ECOmersion and it was fantastic!! It was a great price for half a day. They also provided dog life vests, dry boxes and waterproof phone bags to wear around your neck for no extra charge. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We went to the Boca Ciega Bay location! Highly recommend!

Had a great experience! Reserving was easy, and when we arrived, they had us in kayaks on the water in five minutes. We reserved for 4 hours and it was plenty enough time to mess around. We paddled north to the mangroves where things were serene, saw wildlife above and below water. Totally worth it and the next time we’re in the area, we’ll do it again!

Had a great first-time-in-a-kayak experience with ECOmersion (my son rented a paddle board)! Staff was very friendly and helpful and the equipment was in great shape. We got to see a pod of dolphins as soon as we launched and even saw a mandate. We only did the two hour rental, but it was so relaxing and enjoyable that I came back feeling like I was on vacation. Would definitely recommend them!

This kayak tour was fun! We saw a dolphin within the first five minutes of being on the water! That was really the most sea life we encountered. After that we had opportunities to see various birds along with pelicans fishing. The tour guides were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable concerning the birds and plant life surrounding us. Our tour finale was a visit to Archie’s Island. That’s an interesting place to walk some tiny trails and collect shells.

The kayak tour at Boca Ciega Bay - War Veterans Memorial Park - is fantastic! Whether you're new to kayaks, like us, or just want to learn more about this beautiful area, then this guided tour is a must! The folks at ECOmersion are friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our day. JM was an awesome guide, making sure we were comfortable with the pace and current, answering all our questions and pointing out birds and plantlife. We even saw a couple of dolphins! I highly recommend this experience and will do it again!

This is the best place to go kayaking! The staff here are so welcoming and helpful. Lots of pelicans and dolphins around! Paddling to Archie’s island was simply beautiful. I can’t wait to go back!

JB was an amazing guide, he was so knowledgeable about the marine life and Eco system on Boca Ciega Bay, including the history and come back from damage in the 1950s. I highly recommend Ecomersion kayak trip when visiting the area.

Had such a fun experience! Took two inexperienced kayakers out with me in Boca Ciega Bay. Had such a great time island hopping and paddling through the sea grass. Thank you to Natasha, Jake, and Rachel! Such a well educated and passionate team, they made the entire process easy and enjoyable! And another thank you to Alisha for making our booking process so simple! Will definitely be out in the water again.
