Charm of non chain hotels. Short walk to North Conway town center and multiple restaurants along 16. Friendly and attentive front desk, ample parking and snow was cleared immediately when visiting during a storm. ||Beautiful hiking trails just steps from the doors, pool on site with new hot tub on pool deck. ||Large selection of snacks for purchase in the lobby.

A good deal for those on a tight budget for a weekend getaway. This place is very close to downtown and the staff (Anna) was wonderfully helpful and kind. It's a basic budget hotel room but it has an indoor pool, pool table and arcade which is impressive for the price.

Rating this hotel is tough because the staff was amazing. Esp the lady who was always at the front. She was extremely helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area and essentials for the room.

The location was perfect. Close to town, but out of the main congested area and off the road a bit for quiet.

No breakfast, but a few items to purchase like frozen biscuits, ice cream, candy, snacks, drinks, and small microwavable meals.

Large indoor pool, game room, a washer and dryer ($2 in quarters each), hot tub, fitness room, and playground. I did laundry a lot, and the machines were fine. Front desk great to supply quarters, but they aren't always there all 24 hrs. We didn't use any of the other stuff.

But the inside of the hotel needs work. Carpets didn't look vacuumed at all our stay. I never saw anyone cleaning. They only service the room if requested (which is fine for us).

When we checked in our room door wasn't latched shut so it wasn't locked. But the immediate turn off was the empty bottle of water under the table. Not sure how that's missed when cleaning rooms between stays.

There was quite a bit of hair in and around the tub and edges of the bathroom wall.

The room was so damp. The bedding was damp, the carpet was sticky and damp, and my clothes that I hung to dry took forever. My clean clothes in my luggage even started to feel damp after a couple days.

The AC units "check filter" light was on. Upon looking the AC was covered in dust and there were speckles of mold.

The toilet bowl was also filthy.

The inside and rooms def need some deep cleaning and work. They probably should figure out why everything is so damp to protect guests from mold and improve how rooms are cleaned between guests.

We absolutely love it here! It is in the perfect location where you are on the main strip but it is nestled back off the road so it feels very relaxed. The room we had was beautiful and updated. It was modern, but with a rustic mountain feel. We’ve traveled there a couple of times and no matter what season you go. It is perfect. There’s an indoor pool and hot tub, a small arcade for the kids, a nice playground for the kids, and a lot of outdoor areas to relax. There’s also hiking right at, the resort and it is less than a five minute drive to Cranmore Mountain! The staff has always been top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I am disappointed in the room. Smells so musty, even in the drawers. Dirty bedsheets, the room should have been dusted and cleaned a little more for our arrival. Tokens were used for the game room. My son put the correct number in, and it asked for 4 more. The machine didn't even reimburse the tokens. The pictures on Expedia of the rooms etc doesn't match what the rooms are. It looked so nice until we got here.

We stayed last week at eastern inn and suites in North Conway . The staff were friendly and helpful ( with a delightful dog ) . Our room was beautiful! So clean and nicely decorated . We went to the pool area and went in the hot tub , perfectly hot , jets needed some work , Still an amazing soak. The pool was not heated but was clean and refreshing . There is hiking outside your door and so much to do ! We loved our getaway , and definitely are coming back !

Hi, I believe your establishment is having some phoning issues. Any time I try to give a call to check in on my reservation I cannot get in touch with anyone at the desk and your answering machine just plays back the voicemail I left you guys giving out my contact information to reach back to me. I have been coming here for years, and have probably left reviews in the past. I want to leave another crediting them for the upgrades they have made. The room we stayed in was recently done over and looked fantastic. The gym also vastly improved. Overall love coming to this spot.
