We are over the moon pleased with our vacation that E4 Travel and Events put together for us! The Jewel Grande Resort and Spa in Montego Bay, Jamaica, was everything we wanted in a resort and more! Where do I begin? Regina and Duane are absolutely wonderful and helped plan and coordinate the most perfect honeymoon for my husband and I. The communication, the professionalism, and the care that they put into their work did not go unnoticed. Also, everything is all electronic nowadays, but Regina went through and printed everything we would need from policies to hotel information, car rental information and everything in between. I loved having hard copies on hand!! I will most definitely reach out again when we decide to travel abroad. Highly reccommend Regina and Duane for your travel needs. Thank you both!

We have booked through e4 Travel and Events for the last 8 years. We do one family vacation a year (up to 10 of us now), as well as one or two vacations for just my husband and I. They have planned trips for us to Jamaica, Punta Cana, and Mexico. Our most recent trip was to Moon Palace in Cancun, Mexico. We loved it! There were numerous activities for the grandchildren (ages 5 months, 3 1/2, 6, and 9) and we totally enjoyed our swim out rooms. The staff was wonderful, and it was obvious that Christian, one of the managers, wanted our stay to be an exceptional experience. The restaurants were good, and the wait time was very reasonable, with the exception of the Indian restaurant. It could have been an off night for them. Overall, the service was quick and good and the kids were well taken care of. The play places and activities for the kids were great and included an arcade as well as a building which had everything from a McDonald Land kind of play place to a movie theater, to video games, to baby places and more. The last night of our stay we had a big scare with the 3 1/2 year old grandson. He developed croup that went into stridor and he couldn't breathe. We called the front desk and they had medics in the room within a few minutes. The medics began treatment and called an ambulance, where he got further treatments on the way to the hospital. The hospital wasn't great, but the resort response was good. It was super scary. E4 Travel and Events owner, Regina Hendrickson was on the phone with my daughter throughout the experience and was connecting her with the travel insurance people, doctors, etc. She was at the office at 3 in the morning pulling our information and helping us to navigate this scary situation. I don't know of any other travel agency that would go to such lengths in the middle of the night for their clients. As I said, we've booked with them yearly for the past 8 years, and ANYTIME we've had ANY issues, Regina or Duane are there for us. They make any phone calls needed all the way up to God (they have connections) to get things straightened out if we have a problem. We plan to continue to book our vacations through them until we die or they retire. I don't think we would be comfortable with anyone else. I would also recommend Moon Palace, as I stated earlier. If you have children, they won't be bored, and...they have a 24 hour ice cream shop! Win, win!

Regina booked a trip for us at the Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya Cancun. The place was beautiful especially the swim up bars. The food, drinks and the people were all good. The workers were amazing and took very good care of us.
