Karen Coleman-Ostrov & Associates are awesome and planned a fabulous relaxing luxury vacation for our anniversary in Saint Martin. Karen found a small 5* store resort with a beautiful private beach on the French side of the island, gourmet restaurants, nice amenities, and amazing staff. We are already planning our next vacation with Karen as she made it easy with no hassles. Karen is accessible, knowledgeable, dependable, and professional. Lauren is also awesome.

We booked our first ever Alaskan Cruise for my parents 50th Anniversary. Then Covid hit. Karen was so helpful every step of the way, through all the bookings, re-booking and cancellation process. Because of the fantastic service she provided during that time, we knew if we would ever try and do it again, we wanted to work with Karen. We finally were able to go this last year, and we had a fantastic time on our Alaskan Cruise. Karen was so knowledgeable about everything, from the flight arrangements, to the shore excursions. She didn't steer us wrong at all, as she had done most of the excursions and could give us great suggestions on what was the best bang for your buck. If we ever go on another cruise we will book with Karen Coleman - Ostrov & Associates.

Karen helped us plan a vacation to Washington DC with our parents, siblings and spouses. This was our first trip to Washington and we were wanting to see a lot of the historical sites with the help from local tour guides. Karen lined everything up for our family. We had a great time visiting everything that we wanted to see. The tour guides were helpful and knowledgeable. We are thankful to Karen for the memories that she helped our family create!
