She made a mistake with our taxes. Then when the IRS came after us, she refused to help us. She stopped answering calls and made excuses. After over 20 attempts, we finally went to someone else who helped us, only to find out that she shouldn't have filed what she did. She costs us over $5000.

Had the best experience with this business! Diana is very helpful and attentive. I 100% recommended them to my close family and friends. I sent my family in Mexico two huge packages and they arrived at her house within 2 weeks, I couldn’t believe how fast they arrived and she even called my aunt in Mexico who received the package to ask how the delivery was. No business has ever gone out the way to call my family receiving the package so it was very thoughtful, I’ve sent out packages many times before with other businesses but it either takes a really long time to get there, they charge ridiculous amounts of money or valuable stuff I sent is missing, with didi’s my packages arrived in Mexico exactly how I sent them completely untouched inside. Use her services and you won’t regret it !

Don’t recommend her. She messed up our tax returns and tried to blame us for the error. And she over charges. $170 is a suppose discount-yea ok! It’s been 3 months and still haven’t gotten the missing half of our tax return money.
