Super nice guy and timely ride, but he smokes cigarettes in the car, it's really bad and totally unprofessional. We almost got out and walked, the entire car reeks and I suffer from hyperosmia, a medical condition related to smells. Again, very nice guy though; if you don't mind the cigarettes it'll be an okay ride for you.

I had an absolute horrible experience with diamond cab co and recommended everyone to stay away. I have asthma and could barely breath due to the cigarette smoke, they were over a half hour late, and left me at Walmart and never came back smdh

This car just take me out from aiport ( MCO ) don’t let us put the bags on back, i was with 2 months baby, he just drop us off far away from our final spot, was being rude the whole travel and the count machine was not working! Really bad, horrible service!!!

What are the hours of operation for this cab service? It is listed as 11:00 p.m. for today (Friday) but I am unable to get an answer when I call. I have tried calling on two separate occasions but no answer either time.

If the hours are different then listed that's fine. Just need to know so I don't think the service is running when it's actually closed.

Other than this issue they are a great service and I would recommend.

The previous review is a new cab company that is having people slander and discredit this business that has been a prosperous business in this town for over 25 years. The owners have helped various people less fortunate than them and charities over the years and their long time customers know this. They would NEVER in a million years wish anything bad on an unfortunate incident such as the one mentioned previously in a review. There are no facts to back it up and it is a blatant lie. They already had the post up on social media before it was public which means it was most likely fabricated and the person who posted lied so they could use it for their false accusations against Diamond Cab co.

I wound up stranded after a bad accident on New Years Eve. I couldn’t even get a Lyft or
Uber. Diamond Cab not only sent someone, the person who sent the cab texted to check in and make sure I was okay. The driver was so friendly and patient. I had a ton of stuff with me since I was on a road trip headed home after the holidays and they were great about helping me with all of it. I’m so grateful for their kindness!
