I am new to Charleston, IL and I just found out about this service. I checked the website for details, such as fare costs and service times. Apparently, according to the dispatcher I spoke to, the car service requires advance scheduling of up to two weeks. Nowhere is this said on the website for the prospective customer to be aware of when deciding whether or not to use the service.

Always gets me to my appointments on time and I have never waited long to be picked up. I had Very safe and nice driver named Rodger today . Also there is a lady Named Loretta that does dispatch she is so helpful and patient with me when I call to set a pickup time and date. Thank you to all that work at dial a ride.
