Terrible experience with Tour and Destiny

I hired the services of Tour and Destiny to process a tourist visa to the US. USA for my relatives, and the experience was really disappointing. From the beginning, attention was poor, with little clarity in the information provided and promises that were never fulfilled.

On multiple occasions, we were told things that turned out to be false or simply were not carried out. The lack of professionalism and commitment was evident at every step of the process. In addition, the service they provided was not at all favorable, generating more stress and uncertainty instead of facilitating the process.

I definitely don't recommend this agency, since they don't deliver what they promise and their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. If you are looking for a reliable service, I suggest you look for other options.

Although the package delivery service to your family is excellent, the attention at the agency directly with the employees is not good, it does not correspond to the excellent delivery service, since when they assist a client, they receive telephone calls, totally diverting attention and leaving the client in the background, in addition to treating them dryly, many do not even offer a smile, they are automated, as a client you feel coerced, I repeat, the delivery service is excellent.
