TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
Bought first class tickets from Santiago, Chile to Atlanta, Georgia. Checked in on line and got boarding passes, checked bags, but when we went to board, they turned us away and said our reservation was not valid. They re-routed us on another airline at 3:00 AM without first class amenities and then they lost our luggage.

Horrible!!!!! Just got a call from a representative who was worse than the care I received in the airport. She would not allow me to complete any of the sentences, she called 3xs back to back ( no message left) I had to answer the phone. I work too. Listen, it doesn't matter whos fault the delay was (it wasn't mine) to not offer someone a bottle of water knowing the have to be in YOUR airport for 24 hours is unacceptable. My flight from the Dominican Republic got delayed 2 hours which in return made me miss my flight home. NOTHING was offered to me.....NOTHING. Ok we will even look past the food voucher....what about a water, pillow, mat, blanket!!!! I not only was advised to call the "How can we help" number for vouchers which they don't do I was given multiple reasons why the flight was delayed. The only help I got was from the 1st shift supervisor who found me an earlier flight that was in there when the previous shift looked . I guess it wasn't important enough to look a little harder. I travel once a year to celebrate the birthday of my son who is no long alive. I was offered a 75 credit. I can use it next year. This was my first time flying Delta and Ill never fly with them again if I can help it

I have been travelling Delta for many years now even though I am Canadian. They offer amazing service and when things are now going well they always find a solution. The wifi always works and free if your a sky member. Looks like they are upgrading all the electronic media as well

Delta is becoming a low-cost airline. They charge you for laugage. They barely give you water, and the service at the gate is bad.
