If you want a carefree vacation and be rest-assured that you don't have to worry about anything but enjoying it, I highly recommend you give Karen a call.
She was very patient to providing us with vacation options to carefully listening to our likes and dislikes, then customizing the perfect vacation journey for us to the Canadian Rockies. We wanted to combine and experience part of the journey by train and she made it all happen, adding in excursions as we went along. We had originally booked this the previous year but unfortunately, the wildfires became too much of a risk but we didn't have to worry about canceling and postponing the trip. She handled all of that for us and we were re-booked for this year, just like that.

You may ask, why use a travel agent with I can do it myself all online these days? Well, our answer was simple, we didn't want to have to take time away from our vacation trying to get in touch with airlines, hotels, or excursions to get answers to any questions that might come up, and I've never had a vacation, where something didn't change or come up.
With Karen as our go-to, she was right there, the few times we had questions, or when our flight or train was going to be late arriving, she had already contacted the hotels to notify them we would need a late check in. Flight gate changes, or flight delays were instantly sent to us electronically via her website and if we had any questions, we had multiple ways to reach her through the website and always had timely responses.

The cool thing is you get your entire itinerary via her website that you just follow like a roadmap. It even has all of your vouchers and tickets, right in the website, so you don't have to worry about keeping up with paper, or if you booked yourself, you most likely have confirmations in separate emails or text messages that you have to search and find.

We were really impressed at how carefree Karen made our vacation and I can't recommend her enough. We had never used a travel agent before but I'm sure glad we did, especially on this awesome vacation.

Karen designed a special family Alaskan cruise. We brought three generations and didn’t have worry about a thing. An example of where she went above and beyond concerns a scenic train trip from Anchorage to Whittier. When we went to book the trip, the train was listed as full. She followed up frequently until the 8 tickets became available. She had a back-up plan but worked hard to make our first choice come about.

Karen planned a recent trip to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons for my husband and I. It was perfect. We are able to relax and not worry about the details before the trip. Karen is into details and making sure her clients are taken care of every step of the way. Alerting us when there was a gate change for our flight. Also, calling our hotels and making sure we felt welcomed when we arrived. We will use Dell Adventures for any future trips.
