We have visited the Delaware Cost for the past 8 years and have tried many of the best restaurants from upscale hot spots to charming local dives. This trip, we hired Aluizzio (at Delawere Private Chef)as our private Chef one night in the confort of our beach home and it immediately became our favorite dining experience at the beach! We selected a 3 course meal starting with his incredible homemade Caprese Salad, followed by his savoray Seafood Paella ( that only a chef who was worked in Spain could master ) and we finished with his delicious Berry Panna Cotta. The food, service and professionalism of Chef Aluizzio made this family vacation extra memorable. Thanks Chef!

My family couldn't have been more impressed! Chef Aluizzio prepared an amazing four course meal for our gathering in our home. We were a group of 18 with some dietary restrictions. Chef was mindful and prepared a delicious and impressive meal. From homemade pasta for the kids to modern beef Wellington, each course was outstanding. Aluizzio prepared a birthday dinner for us with ten guests. He was assisted by a server. We started with appetizers that were tasty, light and well paired with the meal. We had a seafood appetizer and a delicious well prepared tenderloin for the main course. Aluizzio guided us through the selection process and did all the shopping. Dinner itself was served graciously and each guest’s meal was prepared to their expectations. The meal was followed by a clever dessert that perfectly complemented the menu. The price was transparent and appropriate for the quality of the meal and service. We definitely plan to use him again for future events and emphatically recommend him to anyone seeking a private chef.
