I found Delaware Premier Transportation through an internet search. I had waited until the night before to schedule service to PHL and was turned away by one company because they didn’t have any available rides. The price on DPT’s website caught my attention. Their website is also easy to navigate. The entire process/service was very professional and personable. Kelvin (driver) arrived early and did not make me feel the need to rush. Conversation was fluid and effortless all the way to the airport. Kelvin is definitely a people person. When I booked with DPT, I didn’t schedule a return pick up because I didn’t know how my experience would be. At the end of my ride, when I was asked if I would need a return pick up it was an automatic yes. And again, the service was excellent. Both of my rides were during heavily trafficked times and Kelvin was a calm driver. I highly recommend DPT and will definitely use them again! Thank you, Kelvin!

I've used this service twice. Both times I had...

1. A friendly driver with great conversation skills with both adults and children. They were both professional, cordial and adapted to any topic of conversation.
2. A timely arrival. Both drivers made sure we were on schedule.
3. An extremely attractive and spotless vehicle. It was well maintained, smelled and looked good too.
4. A great price. The price was great both times. Using DPT took worrying off of my mind for driving, parking and traffic. Both events were serious for me and my family and not having to worry about all of that was well worth the amount I paid. DPT has very fair pricing.

So, I want to thank all of the DPT team who helped me on two difficult occasions in my life. I am extremely happy with everything about both experiences and I will absolutely use this service again and recommend it to everyone who needs a ride for the day. While there are other driving services out there, trust me when I tell you that they are not in the same class as DPT.

I used this company at the very last minute to get my family to the airport. I had been searching for a reasonable price ride. I found Delaware Premier Transportation on facebook and decided to give it a shot. The quotes I was getting were EXTREMELY unreasonable. The companies seemed to be taking advance of the fact the I was trying to reserve last minute. Once I contact DPT, I was able to negotiate a price (as advertised). I believed that it was a "too good to be true deal", but hey its just a ride right?

The driver showed up about 10mins early and called me to let me know he was here. he told me " not to rush" and that "he was on my time". We got into the car and off we went. The driver was a very friendly and we had very good conversation all the way to my destination! He even chatted with my kids about sports and education!

At the end of my ride It felt like I was just riding in a car with a family friend. I would have paid them those other company prices had I known I would have had that type experience! Definitely using them for future travel!

Very very professional and outstanding service. Able to negotiate a price which you cannot with Uber, Lyft nor any other transportation service that I am aware of. I felt safe in their care, they got my wife and I's bag out of the vehicle. Which you would think would be a standard practice but not very common with other companies. Excellent customer service!
