NEVER AGAIN!! Drive a few more miles and stay in Jonesboro. I can’t believe that Wyndham and Days Inn has their name on this hotel. DO NOT let the photos of this hotel fool you. This place is disgusting. They charge you for a $100 security deposit that is NEVER mentioned ANYWHERE on your reservation which is very deceiving. When I asked about the deposit during check in, a sign was thrown in my face and I was told to read it. It was non negotiable at all. Rooms were not cleaned when we checked in. They kept giving us excuses about the housekeeper. After the third attempt of finding a clean room, it smelled of cigarettes, cheap liquor and bad decisions. I’m a pretty understanding person and I know things happen but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had during my travels. On another note, the pool didn’t have any lights and was green.

Clean newly updated rooms. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was cold. No complaints.

We had stayed here for 1 night originally were given room 109 the refrigerator didn't work and there was hair in the bathtub as if someone shaved all their bits and didn't rinse it out. We called down and were given another room 102 the fridge worked but same disgusting hair situation in the tub and even on the soap dish plate where they put fresh soap!!! I asked to have someone come clean it up because we weren't changing rooms again we had other engagements we needed to get to. No one ever cleaned it in fact the housekeeping skipped our room and went down to all the other rooms. When I spoke with her she explained she hadn't been there and the manager never told her there was an issue she said he doesn't speak English so she doesn't understand what he says to her. I can under the difficulty there. The alarm clock was in a drawer with mouse droppings in it, and the ice bucket had no bag for it while it had mold or something black all in it. They had advertised hot breakfast and it was beyond disappointing they had stale toast and 6 instant oatmeal packs. The fruit was turned already and all the containers that should have had the hot breakfast were empty. Once again no communication with management when I asked about it. I have all the pictures I would love to post but have no option to.

Reserved a room for 5 people and was given a room with two queen beds. Asked at the front desk and the owner said that he has a rollaway bed for 50 dollars extra. Told him that we weren’t going to pay for it and the young lady said don’t worry about it, it was their mistake. Beds are not very comfortable and the floors are filthy.

The “free” breakfast consists of a waffle maker and juice. The egg and meat warmers were empty and not even used. If I could give a zero star or even a negative star, I would. While we were eating our waffle, the owner kept coming to the front desk and was just staring at us. Very uncomfortable situation. We think he was afraid that we would have more than one waffle.

Jennifer was very friendly but the guy working nights was rude. Wi-fi is “free” and probably works if you’re close to it but…
I travel for work and won’t bother staying at Patel owned dumps anymore. Maybe it’s their culture to have low standards for cleanliness but there’s no excuse for the lack of customer service skills. Business operations are sustainable only if there are consumers.

me and my boyfriend stayed here yesterday and when we went to check in the lobby was brutally hot. there were flies EVERYWHERE and the furniture in the lobby was strolled everywhere. he gave us our room key and when we went to look at our room it was disgusting. the bed wasnt made, there was trash everywhere, and dirty towels all over the floor. we went back to the lobby to get a different room key and the room was the same! dirty, and an unmade bed. we went back for a third time to tell him and we got a 3rd set of room keys. this room was finally clean but the bed was like sleeping on a floor, the toilet constantly ran and wouldnt quit and the water pressure in the shower was barley there. we just sucked it up due to it only being a couple nights. they advertise a breakfast in the morning, so we went to check it out and all they had was oatmeal and a waffle maker. any other days inn i have been too had a wider variety. not sure why this one only had 2 options. we tried out the pool one night, and there were no pool lights, the water was murky and nasty and there was algae covering the whole bottom. we just didn’t get it and went back to our room. also to add the man was extremely rude to my boyfriend when he went to ask for the wifi password and extra blankets due to the ones already on the bed being extremely thin, almost like hospital blankets. we will NEVER be back. everything was not worth what we paid for.

Pool was nice. Property was well lit. We were in town for a boxing tournament for my son. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 830am even though check out wasn't until 11 so that was disappointing. Room was very clean though

I like this place alot!! I think they must be working on parts of it, like renovation, but nothing in the way for customers/employees or anything-but the mattresses are completely NEW (in our room cause that's all I've seen lol) and the entrance to the building gives off a southern charm, great woodwork and staircase in the lobby with a nice chandelier! The receptionist was so helpful and she was very patient with our questions,definitely will comeback and highly recommend!

Seems like each room has a "assigned" parking spot, short walk with heavey luggage, but plenty of parking in general. ?
