I arrived unexpectedly, ready for rest, front desk welcomed with excellence and kindness, it eased my distress.

Check in was a breeze and was accommodating, room of request was provided without issue. Check in was super fast and efficient.

The smoking room smelled and felt clean, floors clear of dust, everything was clean, and the bathroom spotless. Bathtub clean and shining ready for a soak of rejuvenation.

Clean towels, TV operating as should. Everything including appliances are like new. Scenic wall art, nice, comfortable, cozy, kind hotel stay long-term or short.
I'm Maria Johnson and I'm sharing my review with everyone I can. I've lived hotels for five years on and off. This hotel is resort nice and clean. Customer service shows customers are appreciated. I do hope breakfast will improve. Breakfast provided was fresh!!

I'd always book here if management doesn't change.

This was a very nice one night stay on our vacation. Rita, at check out, was very courteous and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a granola bar and coffee, a little fruit added in would have been nicer.

The hotel was recently redone, and it was great. The staff is awesome. The scenery for the hotel itself is not great. The views include cemeteries LOL the reason I get 4 Stars is because they only have one night stand in the room and no lamps. So if you just want to chill, yeah, you have to chill in the dark. Other than that, it was nice.

Will not be staying here again. While the staff was pleasant and the room had working A/C, shower, toilet and TV, the room was disgusting. It was obviously not well cleaned as there was dirt and debris all over the floor. The wall and door had peeling paint, the ceiling was peeling and the bathroom ceiling had what appears to be mold. The vents in the bathroom were coated in dirt and dust as well as the blow dryer. We had to go to the store to get supplies and clean the room for it to be habitable for us to stay as we had no other options.

Great place to stay for the night we need a place on our long drive back to Florida and this room was clean tidy head, microwave refrigerator good size room bathroom AC what else can you really ask for?

The ladies were lovely, but both of them left the office to do things and we ended up waiting 15 minutes in the cold (doors were locked) before anyone showed up to get us our room keys.

The only good things about the room were the bed comfortability and the water pressure. I opened my towel to two long black hairs (I'm a brunette) and whatever this nasty black substance is. They can't even replace the back of the toilet with the proper lid, making the bowl refill SUPER LOUD, and there was nasty on the toilet seat when we got here so I had to squat to use my own toilet.

Online it says pet friendly, but fail to mention thats its an additional fee. The staff didn't call to try and correct that or make any effort what so ever to try and inform us. Instead they checked us out and were more than to just pretend nothing ever happened. Thank God I don't leave personal things in motel rooms if im not in them or they probably would have stolen or thrown away all of our personal belongings. Do yourself a favor and don't book here.

1 star because the room was clean and decent, and with a decent rate (but only because I found the rate while booking online). And also, the cleaning lady was hospitable and nice.

-4 stars, because the woman at the check-in desk is extremely rude, over assertive, unprofessional, and confrontational. And also for the management, who allows her to be.

One last thing. Don't try and pressure or force someone else's young child into talking to you or answering your questions. They do not owe you that, you are a stranger! That is all.
