Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

Imagine the shock of booking a business-class flight with Danny Travel LLC, only to be told at the check-in counter at JFK that our seats were unavailable due to an incorrect booking. My wife and I faced this unexpected reality just before boarding the plane. After consulting Danny Travel agency, the airline company representative told us that, due to an incorrect booking, they could accommodate only one of us in the business class cabin; the other person would have to travel in the economy class. The back and forth between us, the airline company supervisor, and a Danny Travel agent lasted more than one hour. Finally, we accepted the only possible solution was to travel separately, one in a business cabin and the other in economy class. It was inconvenient and annoying, but not the end of the world. It’s so easy to make a mistake… However, after the trip, when we raised the issue of financial compensation for not getting two business-class seats that we paid for, the travel agent was rude and dismissive. Instead of addressing the problem, they blamed some anomalies in the booking system and callously refused to offer compensation or apology. When I tried to reason with the agent, explaining that I paid for the standard service that was not provided and could not accept a ridiculous explanation that somebody else in the booking system made an error, the travel agent showed a total lack of professionalism, became verbally aggressive, rude, vulgar, and primitive, ending the argument with hanging up the phone. To summarize, I strongly advise against using their services. There are so many ordinary and well-behaved people in this industry. Why deal with incompetent individuals with bad manners?

I have been using Danny Travel for over 15 years now. They were always friendly, informed, cooperative and patient with respect to my travel needs. For example, during pandemic, they knew travel requirements and restrictions for EVERY country, and were able to help me select the best route to Belgrade. To make things better, their prices were always substantially better than I could get on Google Flights or directly through airline companies. I just got tickets to visit Belgrade later this spring with my daughter, and the service and price were again outstanding. Great job, would give you 6 stars if available.

Hello,
I’m not person who usually writes reviews but unfortunately I have to give them one star because doesn’t have 0 🙁
Very bad experience with this agency..
they sold me tickets for something that is not possible and later they didn’t do anything to help me in that situation.. my flight was delayed and didn’t helped me either.. my luggage was delayed and they didn’t want to help with that either.. what is the point to buy tickets true agency and they screw you over..
even they promised me that gonna refund one of my tickets but they didn’t do anything about it. Never again and I know couple more people that had the same experience.
