Daniels oil in New Boston is the best!! I’m very low on oil (I always forget to check that damn tank) and I called to get a delivery, they asked if I could make it to Tuesday, I said maybe…but let’s do it. Don’t you know they showed up at 5:30 at night to deliver the oil!! 10 stars for this company. They didn’t even charge me same day delivery!

Somebody linked me up with Dan a few years ago. He’s done my inspections since and I’ve gone to him for some minor fixes. Anytime I text Dan, he answers me back very quickly. Usually offers to see my car right away. Even though he’s already inundated with other cars. I texted him today at 11. And by 1 o’clock he had fixed my car and I was out of there. Very well priced. I trust him. I feel like I can rely on him in a crunch. And he’s done good work for my car thus far. I would undoubtedly recommend

This place is a joke. My husband called to see if he needed an appointment for a state inspection, they said he doesn’t need an appointment and to come down whenever. He went there and after waiting 10 minutes someone finally acknowledged him. He asked if they could do a state inspection, and they said yeah hang on. He waited another 10 minutes and no one ever spoke to him so he left. He decided to give it another shot today and went in. A guy told him “yeah once that other guy is done doing what he’s doing” No “hey how’s it going it’ll just be a little bit we’re busy right now” or “hey why don’t you come back in an hour when we aren’t so busy” just a yeah wait. So he waited 20 mins and no one ever spoke to him again so he left. Then, instead of doing a review he reached out to the owner to give him a chance to make it right, but instead the guy said “We’re very busy good luck in your search for a shop that fits your ideals”. Didn’t apologize for having had 2 bad experiences, didn’t offer to make it right by setting an appt for when he knew they’d be able to help. Oh and as we all
know, the place is an absolute eye soar in this town…. I wish they cared.
