Late and unreliable. Our high school hired D&J to bring our football team to Bloomington, IL for the state championship football game. The buses arrived an hour late. This upended the day’s schedule and planned parade for sending the team off.

I wouldn’t trust this company for any important travel.

Literally the shadiest bus I have ever been on. I had a 13 hour trip from Chicago to NYC (on Dec 26th, 2015) and the bus driver had no tissue in the restroom, and was completely rude and disrespectful when my family and I asked for some. (None was provided) not to mention, he was a terrifying driver. Also, in the bus, the power outlets (which they claim to be full power outlets) were USB ports and half of them were pushed in to the point of not being able to use them. I heard multiple customers come to the driver ahead of time with concerns, and he was EXTREMELY rude and unhelpful.

I went on a field trip for my choir trip and at the beginning my teacher tried to get a hold of them and they would never contact back about any questions. Then when we were on the bus the bus drivers did not know how to turn the air on so the bus was very hot. We then proceeded and got to the destination and a couple days later the bus broke down. It was then fixed and broke down again the day we were leaving, which required them to take our bags and luggage out of the bus and they put them in grass which made ants crawl all over the bags because there was food in the bags. We got onto a new bus and our carry ons were on the bus and a student sat down and got up due to him realizing an ant was on his seat and there was a whole bunch of them on his seat after we got a whole new bus. I would not recommend these people to anybody. The bus drivers never communicated and when they did it wasn’t very nice.

Had a great trip to a Notre Dame Game. But, after the trip is when their service went above and beyond my expectations by helping me correct a mistake I made. Jane literally went out of her way to help me.
