Pharmacy sucks
For the last year, I've dealt with. Come back in fifteen minutes repeatedly.Days after the prescription was called in.
Although it's good to see, they got rid of miss personality That was attending the window for a while. one of the rudest people i've ever met in my life for doing customer service

I'd rather go to big y and walk inside to get my prescription, then I have to deal with the b. from c v s any longer.

I use to be a pharmacy tech for CVS a few years back and I must say the customer service and communication for this one is awful, It takes DAYS for a script to even be filled, the updated app is awful and barley shows any Information when it comes to your scripts, then on top of that now when you call if you have a question, you have to leave a message and can't even speak to a person! Pathetic.. think that was the icing on the cake for me. Do better CVS.

Good customer service, consistently. From the front register, to floor staff, to pharmacy. Staff are always helpful.
Bathrooms typically are not very clean or tidy.

This locations pharmacy is an absolute joke. I can NEVER get my scripts refilled because they NEVER send the requests to my doctor. I have to ask my doctors office to contact THEM for them to send the damn request. This is not the first time this has happened. I’m switching to Walgreens at this point.

I have never in my life been to a pharmacy this horrible in my life. I understand that there are staffing shortages and that covid happened (even though it’s now July 2022) but the staff members are rude and they never get medications filled in a timely manner. They also never have enough medications more then half of the time to fill your script entirely or don’t have the medication in stock at all.

I work in the medical field and have had numerous patients call and complain about this pharmacy as well and have consistent problems with it. I will never return to this pharmacy and do not recommend it to anyone who lives in the Stafford area honestly they should just close it. They barely have anything else in stock either.

The staff here are so incredibly helpful! They are sweet, kind, personable, and treat you well! I have a few prescriptions I pick up monthly, and I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile!

Quick anecdote, one month (a while ago) my insurance didn't want to cover what they normally do, so my prescription was much more expensive than I am used to. The CVS Pharmacy technicians were able to help me out by giving me a coupon to discount my medication! These people care about their customers!
