The pharmacy staff has no clue what they are doing. Spent a better part of my day on the phone with my insurance company because they said my prescription was not covered. I knew it was. Person that was looking it up never asked for help. Never the same person in there helping customers and this is the second time this has happened to me. I’m only going there because my insurance says I have to. Looking to switch insurance if I can and if not going to switch to another CVS.

Katelyn, in the Pharmacy, was very helpful! I was going to cancel a procedure because I could not afford the medications required. After speaking with another pharmacy technician and with my own insurance company, to no avail, Katelyn suggested I check the manufacturer's website for a discount. Thanks to her I do not have to cancel my procedure. She is worth her weight in gold. I sincerely hope her employer appreciates her as much as I do.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy department. They do not seem to be able to coordinate between your doctors office and insurance company like other pharmacies I have used in the past. All I hear is finger pointing after numerous calls. I don't typically leave reviews but after almost 3 weeks trying to fill a prescription I have had it.
