Bad experience late response to important questions was not sitting with significant other on the airplane children were separated also rooms on the cruise ship were not adjacent or neighboring to the eight other people we went with being disabled making it all the way to the back of the ship very difficult had a four hour layover late flight out after a long week we were released from the cruise at 8 AM. Flight didn’t board till 2 o’clock overall would never use this company again. I leave real feedback so someone else doesn’t fall for the same shenanigans.

I have worked with Mackenzie Krysl twice now, once for our Honeymoon and once for a vacation, and we have loved both trips! She is very patient and answers any questions that you may have. Both vacations were within our budget and included everything that we asked. All flights and transfers were included as well. It was so easy, everything was taken care of for us!! I highly recommend!

I was extremely impressed with how Custom Cruises & Travel operated as a company. Being a small company, they did an amazing job personalizing every detail of my vacation to be more than what I could have envisioned. They also gave me a lot of pointers and advice for my trip to make things easier on me. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to! My trip came with ZERO stress all due to the fact I put it in their hands!!

I walked into Custom Cruises and Travel without an appointment to inquire about Caribbean cruises. Brooke Greenwald was wonderful to work with as she easily identified the type of cruise that would be most suitable for myself and my daughter. She made the entire process quite seamless and we ended up having a fabulous time. I would highly recommend Brooke for anyone needing her services!
