The Ice Machine has been broken on and off for weeks prompting me to go elsewhere for my coffee. The price got doubled and then half the swirl flavors are available and you can't buy ice coffee without ice...

To those leaving negative reviews, you're spreading lies okay, the employees are great people who happen to be very respectful and they work hard. I come every day and they're literally just doing their jobs. They also didn't have to but when I asked if I could turn my $20 bills into smaller ones due to laundromat not converting $20s into quarters, they were understanding and were kind enough to help me so if you leave negative reviews it's probably because you were a terrible customer 🤷‍♂️

Generally I enjoy going to this location. The employees are usually pretty nice (one girl has even learned my brand of smokes) and the location kept pretty clean.
But today I have to knock it down a few stars due to the fact that there was not one, but TWO people inside without a mask.
Not ONE word was said to either of the men as one even filled his iced coffee at the counter.
Especially right now, public safety absolutely should be the main priority!

No point in going out of my way to there no more for fountain drinks n coffee now costing $1.81 lmfao I can just get a soda at any store out the fridge for .50 cents more n a Dunkin donuts coffee .75 cents more....cumbys you are going to lose so many customers because the only thing that racked in tons of customers was the $99 cent beverages but your store and everything else keeps raising prices still blaming it on covid n the loss you all took and now expecting others to help pay it back by raising prices...shame on you! Me n my kids will not pay no stupid 1.81 a person for your drinks....we are good and your store is no longer "special"

1 star only because i came in here with my girlfriend to get drinks. walked into the store being a mess. dirty mop sitting next to the rolling food near the pizza. Old soggy paper towels in a ball on the ground, the counters also are dirty and need cleaning. And the employee was sitting behind the counter eating food and talking while cashing us out. Very gross.

Cumbies is a great chain in general but the Putnam store in particular, has the BEST STAFF! They're all friendly, helpful and patient. They always seem happy to see you (even if they're not).

This particular location is AMAZING!! The employees are so nice & helpful. They say "Hello" when you come in & "Thanks. Have a great day" when you leave. The store is clean & organized. It's a convenience store & gas station. They also have an tire pump if you need to put air in your tires. They offer everything from coffee, tea, cappuccino, soda, water, juice, snacks, tobacco, pastries, salad, sandwiches, etc. They also cook they're own food like pizza, burgers, empanadas, nachos, hot dogs, hash browns, breakfast sandwiches, pretzel. I could go on & on even more. They have a "F 'Real" Smoothie & Shake machine. That offers shake flavors like Chocolate, Vanilla, Coffee, Cake Batter, etc & smoothie flavors like Strawberry Banana, Acai Berry, Mango, etc. To be honest I'm obsessed with those shakes. Lol. The "F 'Real" machines are extremely hard to find Not every Cumberland Farms has them. I'm sorry for the book I've written. As you can read I love me some Cumberland Farms. Lol! Highly Recommend especially the Woodstock Ave Putnam, CT Location. If you've made it this far, Thank you so much. You're awesome.

They always closing early, sugar dispensers don't always work. Food counter always closes early. They haven't gone back to 24 hrs as advertised since the pandemic started. I'm not very satisfied with this store. I leave for work at 4am and they were the only store I could get my coffee on my way into work.
