No reason there should be shredded lettuce on a plain cheeseburger and there’s also ketchup on it.
The lettuce was stuck in the cheese about halfway through the burger,
Very unsanitary for there to be other things on my food, and this is mixed food, which I did not have on my order. Who know I could have been allergic to it.
There is a reason why I ordered a plain with nothing on it because I wanted nothing but the cheeseburger.
This is also known as cross food contamination very very unsanitary.

I’m in town for a hockey tournament and we went through the drive thru. The exterior of the building isn’t anything special and looks to be connected to a gas station. Been to a ton of Culver’s, but my double deluxe was everything I’ve wanted a double deluxe to taste like! Just the way it was put together, not greasy, and tasted like no other I have ever had. Phenomenal and my daughter‘s fish was delicious too.

Real meat, real portions, real friendly staff, clean facilities, always a smile and assistance taking the garbage to the receptacles. The smiles from every staff member are always so welcoming! The fantastic food is just the icing on the top.

Worst chocolate hot fudge malt I have ever had at a culvers. I saw the cashier that helped us make it and half of the container was milk. When they gave them to us I said I am not taking these runny malts and you will have to make them again. She said yes we will make them. Well, I ordered them with chocolate custard to begin with and instead of remaking them they juat kept adding vanilla custard. I should of tried it before we left cause both tasted like vanilla milk and had no malt, chocolate and fudge taste at all. My husband and I didn't even drink them. What a waste of money and so very depressing.

The service was fantastic, it was one minute until closing time, they took our order without any problems. Thier kindness & consideration was refreshing we had been on the road traveling for so long already, myself & young son, with another 3 1/2 hours of driving to go. I was so worried they would turn us away or say it was to late to order food, but we received our order with smiles & perfect customer service. It really was unbelievable. I haven't received service like that in a very long time. They should be proud of their closing crew Sunday night June 14th 2020! Thank you for the Great service!

This is a smaller Culver's but just as busy as bigger ones. Service (even by a trainee) was great, informative and friendly. We received our food quickly and removed when done, but still visiting with each other. They didn't seem to mind our staying for a couple of hours even tho we were finished eating.

This place is the BEST Culver’s- PLEASE visit the Oak Creek store in Milwaukee and show them what Culver’s looks like!!!! We always stop on our road trips. Your staff is excellent and food is fresh! Andrew was a great employee. Thank you!
