Very bad and frustrating experience, do not recommend! I have send some staff to my family in Cuba but I have so much inconvenients so I do not recommend to anyone at all. However if you still using this service be ready to have some delays and be aware that they are not delivering to your family home. Your family need to go and getting at the location that will be assigned later when the things are in Cuba.

One of the worst places there is. Gotta be owned by some communist. Unorganized,dirty, bad customer service, its a miracle if they answer the phone or chat. One of the worst disgraces one can face is having to do any paperwork with them.

Horrible customer service, literally horrible. Instead of informing you about what to do, if you’re going it wrong, they will only shame you! My grandpa went there asking for help to make his passport and they HUMILATED him in front of everyone…a truly horrible experience.

We are regular costumers at this Cubamax location, but to be honest the last times we went the waiting time was too long, a lot of demand and just a few workers on the building, 4 to be exactly, It’s hard to believe that if you require a service in this agency you must wait at least a few hours, It doesn’t matter what is your issues

Unprofessional.
Today 12/23/2022 we went again to send some items to Cuba and the customer service was awful (the young woman who was at the first place close to the entrance). She had the most horrible attitude with us. She treated us as she was making us a favor and she was so rude. I felt as I was in Cuba. I would'nd never recommend that woman to work with the ppl, she should learn to try the people

Worst costumer service I ever had in my life. Theres no management, they never pick up their phones.
I've been waiting for my passport since August 2017, I've called to get updates but they never have an answer, they always say they going to call you back, but they never do, if you call the office they hang up the phone before you can even speak and if you go to the office they give you attitude and as always the person that is in charge of the passports its never available. Just simply the worst experience I ever had.
