Great experience with a great group of people. The tour guide was experienced and well versed and had a great personality. The driver was patient and courteous. Every dinner was exceptional and every event life changing Thank you so much!! I really liked the art museum and Fabrica del arts and the tobacco fields in Vinanles. I love that place a lot . Hugs

Bad experience, kept getting error messages at checkout with no explanation of what the error was. Over and over. Tried three different credit cards, all in good standing. Chat help was no help. After the 8th or 9th try, the transaction finally went through. I did nothing differently.

Unless you buy a packaged tour, traveling to Cuba is not the easiest to arrange especially for the first time travelers. I can not stress enough how much Adrian at Cuba Travel Services helped me from the beginning (even movie recommendations on Cuba!) all the way to the end. He gave me his contact number just in case we needed anything during the trip. When you are traveling to a place where you are not familiar with, it’s such a comfort to know there’s a person you can rely on. I was not going to abuse that, but Adrian often contacted me to see how we were doing!! lol. When we had to hunker down for the recent Category 3 hurricane, the CTS Havana-based staff, Naivi, called me at the hotel several times on the landline (power was out) throughout the day to make sure we were okay and even at 10pm to discuss the tour arrangements for the next day once the hurricane was gone. All the transportation companies were closed, so they called the driver personally to arrive a classic car ride for us. The power was out for 30+ hours and we couldn’t get hold of our families. Adrian called my husband back in California to let him know we were okay with the message he got from Naivi. Our guide, Yanny (?), for the Havana and Hemingway tour was very knowledgeable and super fun to hang out with. She told us that they were determined to make the tour happen for us because we missed out from the hurricane hit. We are so grateful of all the staff at Cuba Travel Services for their dedicated work ethic and kindness. I truly believe they provided the highest hospitality one could possibly ask for.

We had a very positive experience with CTS. Everything we needed from acquiring passports and visas to organizing tours was done in a professional and efficient manner. The tours were awesome and the tour guides and drivers were lovely and professional. We had a great time.
