I would highly recommend CS Elements Travel!! Reese our travel agent helped us plan the perfect vacation to Jamaica. She asked us what we wanted on our vacation and she suggested the perfect resort. While on vacation if we had any questions she was available. We already booked our next vacation with her.

Tyler and his team are THE BEST! They helped me plan my destination wedding and coordinated all things travel for 55+ guests that traveled to Mexico with us. They were there for us 24/7 and helped with any questions or little issues that came up. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

Tyler not only helped us pick where we want to go and select a great hotel, he was also a huge help when there was uncertainty with flight delays, and even after the trip with the trip insurance. We stayed at Anse Chastanet in St. Lucia, which I highly recommend for a fun and romantic couples vacation. We spoke to other couples staying on the island (who didn’t book with the same travel agent), who were unhappy with their larger resort, but Tyler’s suggestion was perfect for us.
And in the last hour or two of our stay, when our ride was coming to pick us up to take us to the airport, we received about 10 texts from the airlines of flight changes. They ranged from our original flight time to a flight the next day. There were so many it was hard to tell what we should do. I called Tyler, and he handled everything with the airlines and more. He has even been helpful after the trip, working with us to file for our trip insurance. We will definitely book future trips with CS Elements.

Tyler and company were absolutely amazing. Tyler worked with my husband and I for months trying to find the ultimate destination that was best for us for our honeymoon. He sent various hotel/resort options in various locations. Tyler truly went above and beyond to assist us in finding our perfect honeymoon in paradise. Tyler and company were extremely helpful, pleasant, and provided quick responses throughout the process. Highly recommend letting them help you out in planning a honeymoon of your dreams- for us it was Kauai, Hawaii.

Tyler was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable and great at tailoring our trip to our desires. Very quick to help when we had a flight delay and got us on another flight and helped locate our luggage and hotel arrangements on the fly! We couldn’t imagine doing any of that on my own. We will forever use Tyler to book our trips. He is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to all things travel and we always felt he had our best interests in mind!

Tyler at CS Elements Travel is absolutely amazing! We have had him plan our last 2 vacations and let me tell you, I will never look to anyone else to help us with our trips again. Tyler is with you every step of the way. He gives you honest input on your choice of resorts, checks in with you during your travels to make sure that everything is going as you expect, and also makes sure that you make it home safe and sound. I am a worrier and every time I had a question, Tyler was immediately there with an answer. On our last trip, we weren't really sure what resort we wanted to try out so Tyler sent us about 20 different options to look at and we were not disappointed. We even emailed him while on vacation and asked for his help in extended our trip a couple of days. He took care of the resort, the airline, and changing our transportation back to airport at the end. I can not say enough good things about Tyler. I have recommended him to all of my family and friends, and referrals are not something I take lightly.

This travel agency did an amazing job in putting together a trip to Alaska in a short notice. From flights, rooms, cruise, they listened what we wanted - they made it all happen. Easy to work with and communicated very good. I felt very comfortable working with them. I would HIGHLY recommend.
