We had a great experience working with Steve! We booked 2 cruises with him this summer. We went to Alaska in June as a family and my husband and I just came home from a Danube River cruise on Emerald. Steve was fantastic to work with! He was helpful and had great advice! We hit a few snafus with our Europe trip and Steve made sure that we had everything worked out. He made himself available to help us if we needed him. I would recommend Steve to anyone who wants to book a trip. I have recommended him several times and my friends have booked through him!

We wanted to see Germany and spend a few extra days in Munich. Steve listened to what we wanted and found the exact river cruise with Avalon Waterways to match our desires. Everything about the cruise exceeded our expectations, including the food, the accommodations, the cruise staff, and the local guides. The hotel in Munich was top notch and centrally located. Steve quickly answered any questions about the trip and traveling through Germany in general. Avalon made sure our travel was seamless...including flights, transfers, and ground transportation. We wouldn't have known about Avalon had we not contacted Steve. We will definitely book through CruiseOne again!
