Just got back from a carnival cruise. Cruise Guruz handled everything for me . The birthday cake on in my cabin was quite a surprise. Anisa knows what she is doing and is quite experience. . I understand with Covid it takes a while to to get through to the cruise lines, but she hang in there and get the job done. Extremely happy with all her efforts to make my birthday cruise very special. Thank you Anisa and cruise Guruz

I drove all the way down to the location, because thet didn't answer the phone or return calls even thougth it said it was open. A recepcionist called to the person and SHE DIDN'T BOTHER TO SEE ME. I think it was totally unprofesional. I DID NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
