John was wonderful to work with. This was our first cruise. He was able to arrange our room perfectly for our family. We traveled with children and with adults with limited mobility. John took all that into consideration when making a reservation. John did an amazing job of making our 30 year anniversary cruise a successful one. We had lots of questions and I had problems with passport and he was doing his best to help in every way he could.
