A friend talked me into cruising with them but when I tried to book, it was listed as "full". I contacted the cruise line and another travel agency, but they were no help. Clarissa was persistent and was able to get my husband and myself on the waiting list. Then when space opened she was helpful in booking the cruise and also getting us cruise credits that were due us. It's our first cruise and working with Clarissa gives me peace of mind knowing that she will handle any issues that may arise. Great travel agent!
