I wanted to surprise my wife with a short 3 day cruise in late 2021. I have never booked a cruise before so I researched and found Cruise planners. A wonderful person (Valerie) reached out and was very helpful, knowledgeable of all cruise ships. Our cruise was canceled (covid) and Valerie assisted me through the whole process of using cruise credits to book another cruise in 2022. We ended up booking a 8 day cruise and we went this past February 2022. A week before, Valerie even checked to see if the price was cheaper, It was not. however the fact that she tried, to me is priceless. I will use Cruise planners for any of my cruises from now on.
