This is the 2nd family excursion Kim has planned for our family get togethers. She did great on our trip to Tennesee so we called her again for our family cruise. Kim was so patient with us planning our family cruise. We had family and friends ranging from three years old to ninety years old and every number in between. Kim was helpful for our special needs and hotel plans before and after the cruise. All of our questions and requests were answered and she exceeded our expectations.
