Excellent experience working with Diane; appreciated follow up working with goofball resort and airline people that had nowhere near her attention to detail. Great inside travel advice. The first e vacations I booked with them went just fine and we had no problems. The last vacation was a disaster. First thing was that it was booked 8 months in advance and my wife and I had to sit on opposite ends of the plane. Then the cruise ship got back into Port late. We got off Royal Caribbeans shuttle bus immediately and ran for the terminal but missed the plane by about 20 minutes. Since it was the last plane out we had to stay in a hotel. This was supposed to be covered by the insurance that Debbie said we should get but apparently since Royal Caribbean lied and "said" they got us there on time it's not covered. Debbie's response was "oh well".
