CruCon Cruise Outlet, service representative Samantha Faucher always provides professional 5 star service. She is always very thorough and helpful. She even arranged something special for my wife's birthday celebration. I highly recommend CruCon Cruise Outlet for best value Travel.

CruCon said we would get $750 on board credit per person when we booked our Sun Princess cruise. I asked her twice, wish I would have recorded the call, to verify this was the case. Tried to contact her two weeks before the departure via phone calls and email. She ghosted us on our 4-5 phone calls. One of several emails were referred to another "agent" who did not answer the questions asked in the email and said the invoice is what it is. Horrible customer service! Now on board find out my $750 on board credits are $175! No representative from CruCon available. Buyer beware, use AAA, Costco or anyone else. Our party of 6 will be filling complaints with Better Business Buerau, Attorney General, and considering legal action.

We have worked closely with Rylee Chamberlain at CruCon Cruise Outlet for several years. Needless to say, that would not be the case if we were not totally happy with the work that she does on our behalf. She is always thoroughly professional, personable and easy to work with. CruCon cannot always give us everything that we want or request, but in all cases we know that Rylee has worked hard to try and make it so. The same goes for the CruCon Customer Service Reps who we have worked with when necessary. They too, provide excellent service. We are very happy with CruCon, where for us, it all begins with Rylee Chamberlain.

I would encourage others to find another travel agency. I have booked at least 6 (probably more) cruises with them and they never seem to honor their “offers” - the loyalty program seems to have vanished and I have sent multiple emails to them with no response. Don’t bother calling because they don’t answer the phone. This last time getting burned by them will absolutely be the last time.

I made my third booking with Samantha Faucher | Luxury Sales Agent today.
Each and every time I have worked with her she is super responsive, always assisting me same day. Today is President's Day weekend and many cruise lines are offering deals. Despite the demand, Samantha is an excellent communicator, professional, patient and follows up. I trust Samantha and only book with her.
