I booked a sunset dolphin tour for my daughter, myself and my parents during our vacation to Cape Coral. Unfortunately, the weather was unfavorable and our tour ended abruptly because of severe weather. The owner stated he would issue all of us a partial refund, and despite having issues getting the refund because I booked through Expedia, I contacted him, and he went above and beyond to make sure my refund was issued. We communicated via email, and on the telephone, he was very apologetic and extremely helpful. After speaking with him and Expedia customer service, my refund was issued and all is well. The tour itself, although abruptly shortened, was a lot of fun. We enjoyed seeing wild life, shrimp boats, luxury homes, having adult beverages, and speaking with the captains who were very pleasant and engaging. I would highly recommend them to anyone vacationing in the area. Awesome people, awesome customer service!

We booked CRC Charters for a family near shore fishing trip. Captain Rob answered all of our questions before arriving and Captain Dan was an awesome fishing guide. We caught a ton of fish, saw some dolphins and some shipwrecks. Everything we needed was provided, so all we had to do was board the boat and have fun. I would highly recommend CRC Charters and will be booking with them again in the future. Thank you Captains Rob and Dan for a wonderful day on the water.

Had an awesome time with Captain Rob! He cruised us around and showed us the sites and geography of the area as we went from island to island. We stopped at the first island and did some shelling and fishing. He has everything you need to successfully catch fish and we did. He took us to a second island that had the clearest water and had a great time shelling and swimming.
We will definitely book a boat trip again! Thank you captain Rob!

Captain Rob took us out on a girls trip! It was amazing, we went out from Sanibel for a Sunset Cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it. Capt Rob is very knowledgeable and is retired Coast guard. Can’t wait to take a second trip.
