Our horse back ride with Jacklyn was the highlight of our trip! She is extremely gifted at teaching people with any level of h riding experience how to feel comfortable on the ride. The views on our ride were absolutely breathtaking, and Jacklyn gave us a ton of information on the wildlife and nature in the area. I already wish we could go back!

Great ride, loved the horses, cute dogs too! Jacklyn has a very southern feel to her personality, and it was a lot of fun. Patience was key as we learned how to ride. Definitely a great time, even for first time riders. Worth calling, reserving and paying a visit for sure. Thank you, crazy horse ranch!

Jacklyn took me and my friend on a private 2-hour ride through her property on the ranch as well as the public land adjacent to the Crazy Horse Ranch. The Crazy Horse Ranch is also an animal sanctuary and it’s apparent that Jacklyn takes good care of of all the animals. Jacklyn was attentive to our needs as novice riders and she took plenty of time to orient us to our horses and instruct us on how to ride safely. Jacklyn is also very knowledgeable about the desert environment and taught us about the various flora and terrain in the Morongo Valley. I would definitely recommend a private tour to anyone visiting the area. I will definitely go for another ride the next time I visit Palm Springs!

I found the ranch last minute and ended up having the most amazing day. Jackie's ranch was beautiful, and you can tell that her animals are loved and deeply cared for. She taught my friend and I so much about horses, and natural horsemanship. I felt so inspired after our time together and walked away with so much knowledge. We went on a sunset ride and it was stunning. She has an amazing pack of dogs that ride with you and make the experience that much better. It truly was an unbelievable day and I would STRONGLY recommend Jackie and her ranch for anyone looking for a scenic ride and to learn more about horsemanship. She is the best teacher I could imagine having as a beginner level rider and a wonderful lady.

I volunteer at this ranch on the weekends and have had the pleasure upfront and close to work with the owner. If you are looking for a great riding and horse experience this is the place. She truly cares about these horses as well as the other animals on the ranch that she has rescued. I’m very grateful to have found this place you will be as well.

My boyfriend and I went on a private ride with Jacklyn in mid-February and it was the best experience we could have hoped for! It was my first time on a horse myself, and Jacklyn made me feel very safe and in control. Her instructions were extremely helpful. She is also wonderful to talk to while riding. Her ranch is positively stunning with the best view of the mountains, and you can tell she takes great care of her animals. The horses were beautiful and I felt safe as could be around them. Overall, the energy was great and we will definitely go again when we find ourselves on the west coast again. 10/10 recommend to any riders at all levels!

Excellent trail ride with Jaclyn. Jaclyn’s passion for the horses and surrounding area gave us a trail ride to never forget. The trail ride took us up into the mountains where we rode though many different types of plants, trees, and cacti. The views were outstanding. Jaclyn’s knowledge of the horses and local plants made for a fun and personal learning experience. Will be coming back soon!
