We haven’t stopped smiling since we returned last week from an incredible holiday visiting Chile and Argentina that far exceeded our expectations! Thanks to Andrea’s enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment to tailoring and delivering an experience that felt specially designed for us, we all rate this vacation at the top of our list. Andrea’s planning and attention to every detail facilitated a smooth and seamless experience where we never had to worry about anything as we moved from one great location to another. The Awasi resort in Torres del Paine, Eolo resort in El Calafate and Cavas Wine Lodge in Mendoza were not only stunningly beautiful locations but were themselves equally part of the amazing experience. The adventures combined with the breathtaking scenery, the amazing food & wine, the serenity and most of all the people, made each place warm, inviting and inspiring. As we departed each location, we felt a sadness, as though we were leaving good friends. Thanks, Andrea, for everything and we look forward to working with you again soon! When it came time to plan our honeymoon to Greece and Italy, we did not know where to begin. After a brief discussion with Elissa of Craft Travel, we received our trip proposal which looked incredible. What we did not realize though, was the trip itself would far surpass any expectations we had! Currently writing this review while on my second Craft Travel vacation, which can only mean that I’m hooked! We first worked with Elissa and Craft Tavel to plan a 3+ week adventure through South Africa and Mozambique, and I feel so fortunate we found them when we did, because we were so overwhelmed with the research. Elissa took the time to get to know my family’s needs, interests and preferences and built us a unique African adventure that allowed us to enjoy the various experiences the country has to offer. Each hotel and ground transportation were luxurious, with amazing staff, food and wine to write home about and experiences that will be forever memories. Finally, our curated trip was family friendly, we could bring our 2.5 year old son along but yet not miss out on adult things- he still pretends we’re flying back to Africa all these months later!

Elissa and i worked so well together putting together a great 3 week itinerary for Australia. She picked the perfect boutique hotels and seamlessly added our grandson to our trip after all the arrangements were made. We wanted to focus on Nature and off the beaten track experiences and she totally got that. All our transfers were on time and internal flights went smoothly. My husband and I went on our honeymoon in February to Kenya. We had the most unreal experience we could have imagined. Elissa and the Craft travel team put together an amazing and unforgettable experience for our first time in Kenya. We are truly grateful for the trip that Elissa put together for us, from the arrival point, to all of our stays and all the game drives, to the guides we had, and the food was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be going back one day.
