The concierge at the front desk, Nicholas, was great! He was so kind and helpful. He went out of his way to help and I saw him do the same for other people during my stay. Hopefully Marriott treats him well and pays him what he deserves! Great location. Clean. Quiet. Good amenities. Each time I walked through the lobby there was never anyone working in the café. Would be great if breakfast was included.

Such friendly staff who quickly accommodated us for a third party booking issue. So happy we got to stay there! The grounds have so many pretty sitting spots to enjoy the views. Rooms were clean, quiet and we slept great! Only critique would be the pool area is too quiet. Some light background music would have been lovely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We checked out on 9/16 after a 5 night stay. The gentleman wearing black shirt unfortunately was not the embodiment of warm hospitality, especially in a place like Sedona. Presumably he did everything by the book, which was fine, but certainly did not improve the reputation for this property. ||We booked this place for 2 reasons, proximity to the conference place which we flew in for, and it’s part of Marriott which we are of Titanium elite status. If you are looking to stay here because of your status, and are expecting some sort of status related perks, forget it. We didn’t really get any perk, no breakfast, no room upgrade (hotel’s not busy), we did get a room facing the mountains so not sure if that’s what they called “an upgrade”. No guaranteed 4pm late check out, and we only got some daily 10 dollar vouchers per person per room, not good for anything anywhere except for the bar onsite, and they close for lunch. No daily housekeeping either, only once every other day. ||The hotel lobby decor is quite pleasant, match the Sedona vibe, a nice outdoor area with a decent pool. Small gym, but better than not having one, and they also have a coin laundry. The room itself is fine, overlooking the mountains, has a small fridge and a microwave. Other amenities that a higher end hotel would offer is not available in this property.||Overall an alright hotel, but I would suggest looking around more for other options.

Phenomenal hotel and staff!!!! Chris at the reception desk was incredible. We were apprehensive about our room at first since we got in so late. Chris was willing to allow us to cancel without penalty if we were unhappy. So glad we didn't... because once we had the most peaceful night sleep and the sun rose to greet us, we had a breathtaking view of the red rocks! Roof top view and meditation point also a plus. Pool area relaxing and spacious Everything about our stay was perfect. We will definitely stay again!

OH, MY GOODNESS! What a lovely town: plenty of sights to see while driving, and plenty of window-shopping (and buying) to be done! The Courtyard by Marriott was terrific as it was NOT in the main part of town, so was much quieter. It’s an easy drive to the historic shopping area and the plethora of restaurants. Our room was most pleasant - and we do look forward to a repeat visit!

Very lovely resort. Room and view great. Enjoyed food and drinks. Liked out of town location. There for 3 nights and will book again if we return to Sedona. This was our fourth visit to Sedona and have now gone to Sheraton Desert Oasis in Scottsdale

The hotel itself is nice but the staff is rude. I asked if I could buy an adult beverage without knowing they didn’t sell liquor before their bar opened at 4pm. The lady at the front desk snapped at me and said we don’t serve that type of beverages before the bar opens and said you can buy it after 4pm. Very snotty. Also they did something to my reservation to make it an all cash reservation when I clearly booked with points. They told me to call the Marriott convoy number which was no help and said I needed to call the GM of the hotel to get it corrected. Apparently the hospitality business isn’t about hospitality anymore. I should have went with my gut and booked at a Hilton. Marriott just sucks.

The staff was so helpful and professional. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The pool was so clean and well stocked with towels, chairs, tables and umbrellas and the configuration was perfect for our 8 year old swimmer. Having the Bistro for coffee and snacks was so convenient. We had a truly lovely time and will definitely be back.
