Pros: The hotel was nice, clean, and well maintained. Room was spacious & comfortable. All staff were friendly & professional. Check in & check out were easy & room rates were reasonable. Ideally located near many businesses & restaurants.
Cons: Stay included free breakfast, but bistro was poorly staffed (one cashier & one cook). Breakfast wait was over an hour & then came out incorrectly. Hotel also didn't have several basic sundries we requested. The one needed item they did have was outrageously priced.

Reserved king bed room with sofa bed and was given 2 queens instead. Did not complain due to it being a work trip and I was not footing the bill. Was kind of annoyed I got the wrong room when the room next to me was having a hotel party.
Over 30 people, super loud. I kindly asked them to take it down a few notches, they did not. Shockingly it was old people, not young. I called the front desk and they kindly asked them to be quiet. About an hour later they were back being loud again. Very annoying being woke up at midnight.

The bathroom, spacious and appears clean on site. Loved how spacious the bath was and the ledge installed for ADA. Hotel provides nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and body wash for use. Shower pressure is decent, water temp varies.
First night I took about a 25 min shower. At one point I felt water drip from above. There is no exhaust fan, condensation was building and water was literally dripping from the floor. This not only is a breeding ground for mold, but made surfaces super slippery in the whole bathroom. 3 hours later the ceiling was clearly still soaked. The following day you could see the evidence of water and stains on the ceiling. Later that night I took a 5 minute shower, the water was already forming on the ceiling. The vent over the toilet… full of dust, stuck caked on dust that hasn’t been cleaned in god knows how long. No good.

Internet is decent for free internet, service for AT&T is spotty depending on where you are in the hotel.

Conference room: spacious, nicely set up and temp appeared just right. I do feel for the money our organization spent they could have provided more than just water in the conference room, maybe some mints or something. That’s just my opinion though.

Over all not a terrible place, but they say it is newly renovated and it appears they skipped some things in the process.

Solid hotel, exactly what you expect from a Marriott property. Room is clean and comfortable. Bedding is new and the AC gets nice and cold. ||Fantastic staff, especially Alejandro behind the bar. He runs a well oiled machine with wonderful Marriott hospitality.

We stay at Marriott exclusively. It is our hotel of choice and I am a Gold Member. I have never been as disappointed in a hotel as I was here. We stayed in room 415. Our friends stayed in room 417. I purchased both. The problem was our room smelled like a wet dog. I did see the rooms are pet friendly but if you're going to allow pets you should clean the rooms or deodorize the rooms better. We have 2 dogs and a cat so this is NOT about being pet friendly. It's about cleaning the room appropriately if a pet leaves an odor.

The staff are very courteous. Rooms are nice and everything is neat and clean. There is also a free guest laundry on site which is a huge bonus sine I am here on business. Five stars!

Our stay was only for one night while visiting family in the area. The overall experience was what you would expect from a Marriott property... superb service, well maintained property, and polite staff. Would specifically like to give Ms. Lisa, who was working in the bistro, extra kudos. She was extremely pleasant and accommodating. My wife and I loved chatting with her!

The room was clean. The staff was very kind. However, there is no restaurant close to walk to. Chili’s is approximately 3/4 of a mile and others farther than that. Delivery of food is available. The bar tender was not friendly at all. Coffee was not good either.

Front desk staff was a little rude and then I got to my room and the Bathroom was YUCK!!! PLEASE rid the shower curtains-SO GROSS! The shampoo and body wash holders had mildew on them! The toilet wasn’t clean. The sofa in the room was very stained.|Parking wasn’t bad,so at least there was something good about this hotel.
