I have stayed here twice now (in the same room number ironically). I came for work in Downtown Hartford where prices are typically outrageous. The rooms are clean with no frills but perfectly wonderful to come back to after a long day at work. Every staff member I have encountered have been friendly and eager to help. The Bistro restaurant is a nice way to get a quick meal - not a robust menu but everything i have ordered has been well prepared and delicious. I will continue to stay here when I travel for work.

For the last 7 weeks I was staying at another Marriott right across the street. After some issues with staff and ammenties promised and never came through I decided to try this place. The staff was welcoming and nice. Love the bistro right there with Starbucks. Although when I was on my way out for a long drive they had no coffee brewed. Not too happy about that. I was in room 267 and the amount of noise coming through those patio doors was terrible. Not sure if it is the doors or what. I will be there again next week and the next few weeks until Thanksgiving, I will ask for a room on the other side. I absolutely love that there are 2 Peloton bikes in the fitness center. This in itself makes it worth while. The rooms are comfortable and nice. Love that it is only a 2 floor building. Staff is great.

Rooms are of a good size. My bed was comfortable enough but probably due for replacement. Pillows were soft and not well filled, offering poor support.

We stayed for two nights while on a business trip. The rooms are pretty basic but very clean. The staff was outstanding. We were greeted with a smile throughout our entire stay. Luckily, we didn’t have to go far for work and the hotel shuttle took us everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend.

Rooms were nice and appear to have been refreshed a little recently. Shows some age. Hallways are very long with only one elevator option. Stairs are available. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Warm friendly staff and comfortable hotel. I have been staying here when flying out of BDL. The hotel is minutes from the airport, with out all the airport hotel noise. The rooms are always clean. You have a sliding patio door either to the parking lot or an interior courtyard. ||Over the past few stays I have not encounter any issues and the hotel is quiet.

I had a short three night stay here while I was in CT. This is a very nice place. Very clean, well maintained and everyone was very nice. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area.

I have stayed here a few times while visiting my child at a nearby boarding school. Apart from being convenient, the rooms are always clean, the property well maintained, the Starbucks cafe useful and the public spaces comfortable - it is a reliable choice. I have always also found the staff pleasant, friendly, and welcoming - which is nice especially when you are traveling alone. On my most recent trip in October the front desk team but in particular Brigit went above and beyond to help me get a package (a gift for my son's birthday) that I was unable to collect/carry before I checked out. She was quick to think of a solution and helped me in the days after I checked out to get it on its way to me. I really appreciated her help and kindness. Often when you stay in a hotel (and I have stayed in a few in this area) you are just another guest but on this occasion, I really felt the customer service connection - and this would definitely make me choose this hotel again.
