I’ve stayed here 1-2x/yr for the last 6 years, and it just seems to get a little worse each time. Rooms are really starting to show their age. Lobby is fine but rooms are the issue. Might have to look at nearby towns and deal with commute next time.

Room was clean, spacious and ready when we arrived. Check in was smooth as a Marriott member I pre-check in and they just hand me a room card at the front desk. Staff was friendly at front desk. I hold Marriott in high standards it is why I am an elite member. Majorly disappointed with the pool/hot tub. Husband and I asked what time it was open until staff said 11pm. Went to our room settled in and changed immediately headed down to hot tub. We walked into an extremely dirty pool & hot tub. Looked as though there it hadn't been maintenance done in months. There was a grime/filth layer in both to the point of not going into them. Took pictures to show staff/corporate the lack of maintance. We stayed at this location because of it having a hot tub therefore, stars have been taken away. I have never seen a Marriott with this problem. Rest of our stay was average for a Marriott hotel.

Great stay here coming into town for a little work get together with my boyfriend! Loved the decor inside and how they have everything set up. Very lovely atmosphere.

Greeted at the front desk promptly by Adrianna, who was super sweet and friendly. She helped to check us in, and even humored our request to upgrade our two Queen beds to a single King, as well as a room with a balcony! Which was absolutely amazing! Made our stay 10x better.

Event went great, we were back at the hotel for a wonderful stay, and in the morning we had an even better experience!

We woke up early to indulge in the variety of breakfast and drink choices, and the welcoming company of Barb, Margo and Sandra! These ladies are all wonderful at what they do. Barb went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed and connected with us on a meaningful level that left us feeling incredibly blessed! We are so glad to have met her and had a beautiful stay. The chef(s) and wait staff did excellent!

The only minor inconveniences we had were that the lids were not properly fitting the coffee cups, and for the life of us we could not find the invisible vending machine, so I guess it’s doing its job. 😛

Thank you! Can’t wait to come back for a little out of town stay sometime!

Stay was nice. Rooms clean. Hallway dirty. Lobby clean. Complimentary bfast was not good and hard to consider a bfast. People were very kind and service was good.

We stayed here for one night because we were having some maintenance done to our place and wanted a little break. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful and the lobby was nice and clean and empty. Easy check in. The two important things we liked about this place and why we chose here, were the pool and AC in the room. Did not really use those. The pool looked bad and so did the spa. It smelled odd and over-chlorinated. There was brown stuff everywhere. No one wasn't using it. It was very old or very dirty. We saw black stuff in some parts of the pool area that looked like grime but we left pretty quickly and gave up. The in-room AC kept shutting off and took 7 hours to cool the room. I didn't feel cold until the next morning before check out. There was a lot weird damage done to our room too such as the couch was torn up, the bathroom had cracks in a lot of places, odd stuff painted over, dirt in the shower, chips and cracks on wood but that's to be expected. The place felt clean and dirty at the same time. All the little stuff can be ignored but pool and AC thing was disappointing. Plus, the weird thing housekeeping did which made me lose so much sleep. Housekeeping would not stop waking me up early in the morning. I had a Do Not Disturb sign on my door and check out wasn't for 2-3 more hours when they first knocked. They did it a few times though all way before check out and they didn't do or say "housekeeping". I'm trying to get some rest since my stay was uncomfortable and had me up off and on all night. I was exhausted and housekeeping kept knocking and coming in and leaving without saying anything or doing anything. It was every 30min to an hour. I gave up on sleep. I didn't get any rest during my stay. There's no free breakfast, the wifi was bad, I honestly don't think there was even a bistro since I never saw anyone there, no amenities except the gym but I never saw anyone in there either. The place was a ghost town practically. It wasn't the worst stay and it's better than a motel but for $125 a night, you'd expect way better. I stayed elsewhere nearby for $80/n and it felt way better and there was other guests and better reviews.

The fitness center is broken, as of 6am on August 26th, 2024. ||These things happen but the hotel should let you know before you book, not after. How is it that all the treadmills are broken at the same time. All have the same "sorry for the inconvenience..." cheap sign on them. ||There is coffee available for sale in the lobby. ||Nice neighborhood. Walmart, Star Nails and Dr. Vape are all within walking distance. ||Ample parking in front of the motel is nice. ||Staff all very courteous. ||Ice machine on second floor roars to life when you need it. Very fast and efficient.

Dated hotel. Uncomfortable bed; sunk in and needed to be replaced. Mold in the shower. Both mornings my room smelled of cigarette smoke coming in through my bathroom ventilation. Not a pleasant way to wake up.

Key card stopped working randomly, which happens sometimes. Replacement key didn’t work so I had to go down to the front desk again to get another set of keys.

Staff was nice and helpful.

Positive: Staff was excellent. Negative: Someone ran laps up and down the hallway and emergency exit staircases every hour or so beginning at 12 am, and went until 5 am.
