Bathtub water did not drain. Kinda hate standing in my own shower water. Yuck! Bathroom is small small. Coffee and tea tray is located in the bathroom which is just nasty! Our room and sheets were clean but room is very outdated. Kind of had a wet dog smell. Staff - very nice. One night is enough.

We stayed here overnight after reading many good reviews. we were pretty impressed. We did not utilize any services as we were there just for the night. However, the front desk person was nice, and the room itself was clean. The bed was comfortable but not the pillows. The location was 20 minutes from our venue, but the location appeared to be safe and quiet here. Was nice to have a couple of restaurants very near [McDonald's and Taco Bell]. The only downside was the bathroom being too small and not enough bright lights in the room. Shampoo and conditioners are available, but in super small bottles, I recommend bringing your own. We would stay here again.

People are great. Only complaint I wish they would fix is the water pressure in the shower. Really sucks staying here weeks at a time and can barely take a shower. Stayed here multiple times in different rooms it’s all the same. Thanks

We were traveling for Thanksgiving and booked this hotel online through Booking.com
Clean rooms, decent size and price through booking.
We did have an issue with room placement. We booked 2 rooms online for 2 adults and 3 kids. When we checked in our kids were with us. The girl checking us in told us there’s no conjoined rooms. We asked if we could have rooms obviously as close to each other as possible. She literally put our kids on the complete opposite end of the hotel from us (the parents)! Our kids are teens and a pre teen but we still do not want to be that far from our children. When rooming customers the hotel needs to look closer at the rooms and if there’s children checking in… put them by the parents!
The front staff was not polite at all, she seemed annoyed the entire time! She was extremely rude and actually turned her back on me while I was trying to ask her more about how close our kids rooms would be to ours.
It wasn’t the best first impression for the hotel. I was instantly irritated.
The pool is extremely small as well.
We own a business ourselves and if our staff was that rude and unaccommodating to our customers they wouldn’t have a job.
Parents shouldn’t have to sleep in separate room so the kids have an adult in each room due to safety concerns. If our kids were 2 or 3 rooms away…that’s understandable, but NOT literally as far away as possible. That’s ridiculous! We won’t be back.

My room was immaculate with high-quality linens and a great down comforter. The bath was well stocked with guest essentials and a coffee brewer. The fridge and microwave worked perfectly. It had a large window with a view of the countryside, which is mostly rural and quiet, despite nearby expressway traffic. The hotel is quiet and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. They provide a great hot breakfast with plenty of choices. There was a chlorine smell in the hallways but hopefully that meant it was kept very clean. I thought this was a good deal for the price.

Was greeted by a very stale odor when entering the building. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. We were given a handicapped room, not needed. The room also had a very stale odor. Our stay was for 4 days and we never received any house keeping, no clean towels, trash not emptied, had to ask for toilet paper and tissues. Indoor pool had a sign "out of order". The breakfast was good and staff kept it well stocked.

I arrived at the motel after having driven for 5 hours from southern Illinois and was extremely tired. After being checked in, one of the staff members working at the front desk carried my bags to my room, which I appreciated very much.

The room was clean and comfortable. There are a couple of things I would like to mention. The bed was a little high but I managed to get in it. After having driven for so long my legs were painful and it took more effort. My concern is if the motel ever has any elderly frail guests, they may not be able to get on the bed. It should be lower so all guests will not have any problems.

The second thing are the chairs. Being a large person, I was not able to sit in either chair comfortably. The chair at the desk was too narrow so I did not even attempt to sit in it, and the other chair could have been just a little bit wider.

In my opinion, motels need to be more aware that not all guests are the same size or are able fit in narrow chairs. Overall though, the bed was comfortable so once I was on it, I was able to relax and fall asleep easily.

Positive: It is clean, the room was immaculate, everything worked well, AC, microwave, fridge. The large window was enjoyable. Not noisy, quiet. Ample vacant land to walk the dog. Staff friendly and helpful. Negative: I would like to have had available some instructions for the AC use, that the buttons don't control it, only the wall thermostat. The toilet was way too low and clanked loudly upon sitting or rising.
