My family and I arrived during breakfast hours before normal check in time was allowed and Ms. Moon allowed us to have an early check in! This was much appreciated. Everytime she saw me she would ask how the accommodations were and if we were happy with our stay! So a BIG shout out to her! We liked that the breakfast had different varieties each morning. The room was nice and we loved that laundry was available on our floor as well. We will definitely be back in the future.

Very noisey as the highway runs right next to it.
Shower did not get hot, just barely warm.
Even tried showering early morning and not any better.
Toilet won't flush. Beds were okay, I have definitely had a lot better.
Being a Radisson hotel I booked believing it would be a good one.
Don't know how it had better ratings.

Room was okay and seemed clean. But bathroom had dirt in corners and some broken tiles. The electric window shades (which I think is pretty cool) did not work properly. Ms Moon was a great desk clerk. My room was in the end near the interstate and was noisy. Don’t get s room in the low numbers. When I submitted a survey to the hotel I got the standard response, “We are getting ready to start our renovations”. I’ve heard that before from other hotels.

When I was there my hotel room was nice and clean. I had a great view of the city, everything was on point, anything that I needed the staff took care of it right away without any hesitation. The breakfast that was served was ok as well. The hotel clerk Ms. Moon was amazing……she was extra nice and sweet and her service was so professional and gracious. Lastly, the room costs were very reasonable as well. I recommend this hotel if you’re in the Orange Park/Jacksonville, Florida area.

I found a live German cockroach in the bathroom. When I told the desk clerk upon checkout, they said nothing. The bathtub had a bath mat stain. The first day, I took a warm shower and the second day, it was almost cold. The breakfast was the best thing about this place.

Positive: Close to stores and restaurants Negative: The bathroom looked like it was not cleaned. Damped towels were placed in our bathroom.Barely any hot water.Carpet was filthy, roof and walls had a bunch of black markings.Thankfully the bedsheets were clean and sleepable.

I come up to Jacksonville for work frequently sometimes even the whole week. I've stayed in alot of hotels but ask my work to keep putting me in this one. Ms moon and the others take care of me even last minute. Everyone is friendly and they check me in and get me a room quick. Rooms are consistently clean and hotel has easy access to the highway. Great hotel for extended or frequent visits
