Outstanding service at a clean hotel in a convenient location. Jay and his staff are very friendly and accommodating. Jay greets and interacts with the guests, and addresses all concerns. Breakfast is very nice, always stocked, and they even put out fresh baked cookies and soup in the afternoons. Pool and fitness area very clean and maintained well. Beds are very comfortable, and rooms have a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, ironing board with iron, and a hair dryer. Very conservation minded hotel-simply ask for housekeeping during your stay, otherwise they dont come - which is nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place was clean, comfortable and cozy! The beds were very comfortable. The indoor pool was clean and the gym was a perfect size with just the right amount of equipment. The continental breakfast was always full with hot food and a very good selection of food. My wife is gluten-free and she even had options of two different types of bread to have toast. Very happy with the selection. The rooms were clean and well stocked. Jay Patel the GM was a very nice man! Made my family and I feel very welcome! We will absolutely be back and highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! The rooms were clean and cozy! The rooms were stocked. The gym was FANTASTIC! It was just enough equipment to have a great workout but plenty of space. The pool was clean too! The continental breakfast was GREAT! Always full and stocked with many options! They even had GLUTEN-FREE BREAD 2 choices! I've never gone anywhere with that option! Overall a great value for a clean, cozy place! Would definitely recommend! And will be staying here when we come back. Also need to mention the GM Jay Patel, he was WONDERFUL!

We had a fabulous experience in every way! We stayed for 3 nights, and while the first night was a bit difficult due to a loud upstairs neighbor, the staff promptly resolved the issue by moving us to an incredibly quiet and peaceful room. The next two nights were perfect—my family slept so well in a clean, beautifully updated room.

Izabella, our sweet breakfast chef, also took great care of our room during our stay—it was spotless!

The front desk staff was unbelievably kind and helpful. The entire property was immaculate and decorated beautifully.

The pool area was another highlight—so clean, safe, and fun! We felt completely comfortable having our kids there. This was truly an exceptional stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

Going by all of the positive reviews for this hotel , i took a chance and booked with this hotel. I feel an obligation to others to report this new hotel which looks great from the outside, is NOTHING like the 4.9 star rating it’s given. the hotel smells terrible rooms are dirty , lamp shades walls and TOWELS folded that you would think are clean are NOT. starting at 5 am doors were being slammed like crazy all around us and so much noise you couldn’t sleep in if you wanted to. and to top it off, housekeeping knocked once around 930 or 10am and entered ! with us still in the room . I do NOT recommend this hotel!

We stayed there for 3 days and no regret, the place was neat and clean, bed was comfortable, personal friendly and the people who clean and serve the breakfast super helpfull. I will make it even easier for you ... laundry is on second floor to the right and it's 3 dollars for wash and 3 dollars for drying so save your quarters.
Pool was open until late night, clean, towels available.

Breakfast is the typicall American hotel breakfast but everything was fresh.
We appreciate the good service!!!

Country inn bolingbrook was an amazing host. This is my new Chicagoland Hotel. I will stand here everytime I come home to Chicago and I will tell my friends and family.. I Love it! Staff is good. I will definitely be back whenever I'll be in the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
